We enjoyed our stay at Brad's condo at the Kihei Ali'i Kai property. The condo was clean, with easy access, and was fully furnished with everything you would need. The condo is located near the pool and close to parking in the front parking lot. Brad was quick to answer a question we had, which was a plus. The air conditioning unit is located in the living room and did a very good job of keeping the unit cool, along with the ceiling fans. This was our second stay here, and we would stay again. One thing that would help would be a medium-sized cooler, although we got along fine with the small one that was provided.

We have stayed at this property in the past. The unit is cozy, clean, close to the pool, and within 5 minutes of the beach. The bed was comfortable, and we so enjoyed the peace and quiet throughout the week. We have nothing but good to day about our time on Maui. Thank you!

Lovely condo and in a wonderful location. Easy walk to restaurants and the beach. Owner very accessible and helpful. We recommend this unit.

The size,location and amenities was much better than anticipated. The pictures make property appear smaller. I had lived in kehei in past but was not getting my bearings by maps. The dolphin plaza is a easy land mark. The plaza has good Gelato. Lena's next door is great for pedicure. 808 deli roast beast sandwich yummy. There is road detour on Wailia side of south kehei road below complex. Costco maui has larger quanity packing than mainland, gas is cheaper. Walmart and target are options. We went to upcountry farmers market. I would do better meal planning next time.The pool and hot tub where amazing. Too hot for sauna this trip.Best poke is at Tamara s Lavender farm one of my favorite places.

Spring Vacation

Excellent location right next to a wonderful beach. Some lovely shops nearby and a great place for the evening with live music. The property had great toys for the beach and ice packs which were very handy.

We loved the location of this condo! We walked to the beach every morning with our coffee to start the day. It is fully stocked with everything you need with a large living space and lanai. Brad was responsive and accomodating. We would absolutely stay here again.

Tropical Getaway

Great location for walking to shops, restaurants and beautiful beaches. The condo has very spacious living areas and Lanai. Included all the beach activities so we didn’t have to rent—snorkel, chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. The hosts were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Pool and spa area was great as well! We loved this beautiful Hawaiian condo!

Beautiful home away from home

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is cozy, clean and has a very well equipped kitchen. The private lanai is a great place to relax. The beach is just a 3-minute walk down the street and a lot of cute cafes and stores are close by. Check-in was easy and communication with the host was great.We would definitely come back!

Has everything you could need and more. Perfect distance to walk places nearby and drive to cool spots. Owners made everything super easy to navigate with getting keys and where to park. Definitely one of the best places you could stay on the island. Thank you for everything!

We just returned from a 1 week stay at this unit. We give it a 5 star rating because it was wonderful. The unit was clean, spacious and filled with all the amenities that we needed for a comfortable, ‘home away from home’ feeling.Brad, the owner was very easy to communicate with, was very accommodating when I asked about the possibility of an early check-in, and also prompt to reply when I had some questions.We would absolutely recommend the unit and would gladly stay here again.Thank you Brad, Rod and Lois!Next time, Brad, I hope to be around on a Thurs to hear you play steel guitar!

This unit is very centrally located in Kihei. Access to the beach is just a short walk away and there are many restaurants around to choose from. This is my second time staying in this unit and I would do it again. Brad is very quick to communicate with you if needed. Highly rated.

Host communication was clear and helpful. The unit itself was large, but a bit out dated. The air conditioning had a one hour timer and was quite loud and far from the bedroom. Also the bed and pillows were not the overly comfortable. There were a lot of beach supplies which was appreciated. A suggestion to add some games in the unit would a nice. Location was a big plus!

I have had no other guests provide similar feedback. Frankly, air conditioning is not even needed due to the ocean cross breeze through the unit. It's mostly there to cool the unit for a few minutes if the unit was closed up all day but I never use it. I have actually had compliments about how comfortable the bed was from other guests. Some people prefer a real hard or real soft bed and so its hard to please everyone.

Excellent location and well appointed suite. Walk to beach and many amenities (half block). Older carpet in suite could be replaced.

Great condo location and unit. Super nice complex.

Right across the street from the Kam 1 beach which is the best beach in south Maui. Great location close to stores and dinning spots. The unit is well stocked and very nice. Lanai locker has beach gear and the kitchen is fully stocked with anything a cook might need. Highly recommended.
