We had a really nice stay. The condo is nice and exactly as stated by the host, the beach view was good, the bed was very comfortable, and the communication with our host was excellent. The kitchen was nicely stocked for 4 or more (it was just the two of us), and we enjoyed breakfast and lunch each day. We would definitely choose this condo again.

The villa was nicely decorated. The shower in the master has broken tiles. When taking a shower the water leaks out onto the bathroom floor. The bedroom furniture drawers didnt stay closed. There could have been better outdoor furniture for the balcony.Oth

Everything was nice but the blinds weren’t up at the door going out to balcony and the carpet had a pee smell but I had some Lysol that help.

Very nice place, however, there was construction going on that we were not aware of. Maybe painting the trim on the windows?

Excellent location! We were close to everything we needed. Very thoughtful gifts left for us which were much appreciated. The condo was well equipped. We enjoyed our stay. The beach was great with easy access. Thanks!

To start, many of our problems were minor and correctable so likely not going to impact anyone else renting but these are reasons I could not leave a five-star. Elevator was broken on check-in day. Four flights of stairs with suitcases and Beach stuff kind of took it out of us on the first day so that was a bummer. Elevator was fixed by next day Chairs on the balcony as other reviews stated werent the most comfortable and one of them had worked out a screw from the back making it lean Dirty towel left in the second bathroom from previous renter Master bath shower needs some work. Tile on the threshold is cracking through the grout, water leaks from underneath the shower door. Mold stains on the grout and caulking inside. Shower drained very slowly causing water back up and standing in water during the shower. But the location is excellent, the view is very nice. Was very quiet, even though other families were staying in units next to us could not even tell.The workout room was a nice touch, not something you find at most condo complexes. The pool was clean as far as the pool itself and deck. Be sure to get the code from the rental managers for the beach access and pool, not posted in the unit.

We loved staying at 6304 Hampton Place! Beautiful view, easy walk to the beach, clean and well kept! We had a great week! Can’t wait to come back!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean. Minutes from local grocery stores and shops. Great view of pool and beach. Would stay here again.

Very pleased!

Very clean property. Decent location. The beach almost seemed private, it was a great experience. The balcony had a decent view as well. I would definitely book here again.

Great vacation

This was our first vacation to Hilton Head but it won't be our last. The rental was exactly as advertised. The location was great... so close to the beach and everything else we wanted. The unit did have a smell and the showers could have used more TLC but we otherwise really enjoyed staying there.

The property was very nice overall. They were doing maintenance on the elevator which we were told about shortly after booking. It was not an issue but as much as we were in and out it would have been even better if the elevator was working. The condo was very nice. We really appreciated the spaciousness and the views. It’s a beautiful place and we really enjoyed staying there. One thing of note: the vertical blinds on the sliding patio door did not function well when we got there. They need some attention. We really appreciated that everything else in the unit seemed to be up to date and nicely done.

Great Location

This is a great property with wonderful views of the ocean and pool area from the large windows. There is easy beach access and the resort is in close proximity to many restaurants and shopping areas. Shelter Cove Harbour & Marina is about a 6 min drive. The furniture in the condo was very nice and clean, however the carpet was stained. The large bathroom with double sinks is a plus. Palmetto Dunes has 3 great resort golf courses with public access.

We were looking forward to a nice, quiet get away. There was a lot of maintenance ( hammering, sawing, slamming things around) going on while we were there. We were also disappointed the pool heater was not working so we were unable to use the pool or hot tub.

Wonderful beach nice property. Decent place to stay

6304 had a moldy smell when we first entered the unit. It eventually subsided. We found a cockaroach in our bed one night and the dishwasher rack was rusty. Amenities otherwise were comfortable, pool and beach access were great. Had a great time overall. Probably try somewhere else next time due to the cleanliness.

Nearly Perfect Week Away

The property was great for just the two of us. The condo is nicely appointed and very conveniently located with great views. I really enjoyed the vacation rentals that accompanied the booking. This property is managed seamlessly. The only negative we have is that the televisions were less than optimal. We could not get audio in the bedroom and the living room system operated very slowly when using apps, and very limited channels available. Overall, highly satisfied and would definitely book again!

Need improvement

Master bath needs repair, leaks water under door and shower floor needs work, appears a make shift job was done though needs real repair. Please purchase new chairs on balcony. They are super uncomfortable. Great view and love to sit outside and enjoy ocean. Please purchase better chairs with table so you can eat outside. The size of the unit is perfect for a couple, plenty of room. Address those two things and I would give 5 stars.

Could have been five star

Overall our stay was near perfect at Hampton Place. The condo was really good and laid out well, everything that we needed was there. We have always stayed oceanfront, but we really enjoyed the view from the balcony. Speaking of the balcony is where I’m giving it four stars, I know it showed in the pictures the 2 Adirondack chairs, but they were the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sit in. If the condo had a high top table and chairs, I would consider it almost perfect. Besides the chairs being uncomfortable who wants to see the beautiful view through the balcony railings.

July beachweek

We had a delightful trip to palmetto dunes with no cares or worries. There was only a small problem with the air conditioner setting that was easily and quickly solved by a prompt visit by Conner from the management company. All the appliances worked (Keurig and drip coffee maker), 2 showers made cleaning up from the beach quick and uncontested ( no tub), and the bed was comfortable. We spent the majority of our time outdoors and the Adirondack chairs on the patio were very serviceable to sit and enjoy the evenings or snack outside ( not suitable for a full Al fresco dinner). We loved our effortless week at Palmetto Dunes
