Great house has everything you need, Walmart close to get groceries. Quiet location, beautiful views. Host is great! Would stay again.

The house is located on a beautiful bay with gorgeous sunrises and moonrises. The outside firepit and chairs were lovely. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and pots to enjoy fresh steamed lobsters at a great price.

This is a beautiful place on the water about 45 minutes to the park not a bad drive. Plenty of room for all four of us 2 dogs. Judy was awesome. She called me before we got there and went through things very nice.. would definitely stay here again!

We had an incredible stay in Hancock. The views of the bay were amazing. The kids had the whole beach to themselves, and had a blast rock hunting and splashing in the ocean. Judy made the entire check-in process easy, and was so helpful when booking. Our first visit to Maine was a memorable one!

Good location for trips to Mount Desert and Acadia, Penobscot Bay towns or farther Downeast to Lubec and West Quoddy Head Lighthouse (eastern most point of USA). The hostess, Judy, was very friendly and responsive to any issue. Beautiful sunrise views of the cove from MBR and Living Room bay windows. Our dogs loved running on the rocky beach and swimming in the cove.

The view was amazing from the large windows overlooking the ocean! Judy was great to communicate with and was very helpful with anything we needed. Very relaxing place.

Exactly what we were looking for. It was quiet, relaxing and beautiful. We fell in love with Maine and this house was the perfect location to explore. Easy to get to Acadia National Park and plenty of fun local places to eat.

Great place right on the water

Has everything you need and great access to beach below. Close to nearby excellent hikes. It was a relaxing stay.

Located in a quiet area overlooking the water. Just a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful state of Maine. Quaint stores and plenty of seafood. We loved the house and it's access to so many activities. I will definitely go back. Thank you Judith.

Family vac for ANP

The house sat right on Frenchman’s bay. A beautiful view each day. The location was perfect for us to access both parts of ANP. Lots of great food choices in the area. We went to Tracy’s 2x.

A fantastic place to stay

Somehow the pictures don't do it justice. The location and space is amazing. Our family loved it so much the kids were sad to leave.

Beautiful place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hancock House! Can't beat the views. We enjoyed sitting outside around the fire while looking over the water. There are some tasty restaurants a short drive away. We also enjoyed the schoodic side of Acadia which was much less busy.

Enjoyable stay

We really enjoyed our stay at Hancock Point. Cabin was spacious, clean, comfortable and had a great view. Judy was accessible and readily answered questions/concerns both before & during our stay. While it is a drive to get to Acadia, it is still easy to get to the park and also close to restaurants. We appreciated being someplace where it was peaceful and quiet. We'd definitely stay here again should we visit the area.

Thank you Sharon for the lovely review. But I should advise guests that this place is not a cabin.....it is a waterfront Contemporary built in 2005....Not similar to a cabin in any way ! W/Lt green corian kitchen ...... .

This property had everything we needed. It was very Clean, and well stocked with items you would not think of (aluminum foil,etc). I would recommend this to everyone, and if we go to Maine again, we will definitely reserved this house.

Mother/Son vacation

Beautiful location overlooking the bay. Sun rises were beautiful each morning with a seal visitor one day! 30-40 minutes to Bar Harbor, Acadia park-a must see and about 10 from Schoodic point (also Acadia park) and also a must see! Judy was super nice and had everything ready including fresh flowers upon our arrival!

Wonderful Stay

When we arrived we were greeted by Judy , the owner. She was very pleasant & made us feel very welcomed. The is situated on Frenchman’s Bay. What a view from the living room & bedroom. The sunrise each morning was just beautiful. The house was very comfortable & had everything you needed to have an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Great trip

We enjoyed our stay at Judy’s place. Judy is very attentive. House is great, view is wonderful. Recommend renting/bringing kayaks as it’s a wonderful place for them. Close enough to all the real popular tourist stuff, but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle. Was perfect for us.

Overall impression-fantastic

This is a great property and place to vacation in Maine. Great owner, extremely clean, all the amenities you would want and a view to die for .Close to restaurants and less than an hour to Bar Harbor and Acadia .Great to sit back , relax and enjoy the view. Would highly recommend this to family and friends.

Wonderful Spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hancock Maine. There are so many things to say about this place. The views were incredible. The house was very spacious. Wonderful neighborhood as well. Nice and Quiet. Lots of places to eat nearby. Property Manager was very attentive.. We would easily go back!
