The pool area is clean and safe! We spent most of our time outside swimming. We loved it!

Awesome place!

This property was great! Super clean, very convenient location to the activities we had planned. The bunk room was awesome and we loved how each room had a private bathroom. 10/10

Lovely get away

Delightful parents weekend away. Time to relax and float sans kids. I'm sure kids would have a great time but we were doing a parents only break to kick off the summer and this place was perfect. The pool had at least partial shade for almost the entire day which we loved and is entirely private with two story walls all the way around

Private Pool + Gorgeous Home = When can we go back?

Had an incredible time at this property for a few days of much needed family R & R. Check in was smooth and effortless, property was gorgeous, clean and organized (the kitchen shelves made me swoon). Beds were super comfortable, bunk room was INCREDIBLE and my son had it all to himself. We had a blast in the pool and enjoyed the outdoor space. I honestly can't wait to come back.

House was great. Beds were comfortable. Private pool and games were very nice. The surrounding property had a lot of construction in progress and upkeep on the community pool was desperately needed but not Red Rocks fault. I don’t think it was noted in the description but there is a rental above the garage that has access to upper level outdoor terrace that overlooks the pool. Luckily the guest staying there didn’t use it but it would have made private pool much less private. They can’t access pool but can watch you swim.

Private pool not heated

Everything was great except we were told the private pool would be heated and ready to use. We arrived and it was not working. I was impressed with the quick response and communication of everyone, but it should have been checked before we arrived It took 2 days to heat up.

Our private pools are usually always heated in the winter, we discovered that there was an error with the heater that prevented it from heating upon arrival. We truly apologize for that!
