everything was great the house just needs some repairs and there is mold. i booked this place for elders in my family and they’re not supposed to be around mold and stuff like that so i feel like the price could’ve been cheaper but other than that it was a great place to book for just a couple nights and it’s in a good area!

We are surprised to hear about the cleanliness issue after we checked in and you said everything was going well. If you would have brought that to our attention during your stay it would have been addressed immediately.

You really can't beat the price, and it was in a quiet part of a quiet neighborhood. However, the home and some of the fixtures and things around the house seemed to be in need of some repairs. For our family we were able to make things work. We had two adults and five children (two were teenage) and we were able to more or less enjoy having a place to call home for the weekend.

4th of July family reunion

We had a family reunion. We have 2small dogs, so we wanted to rent our own place. It was nice and quiet, big yard for dogs. We had a nice time. The place looked just as the pictures. We would stay again, if we had another reunion.

Comfortable & Quaint

We stayed here over a long weekend while we were in town from PA scoping out areas to purchase a future home. We are a family of four and 3 dogs. Our stay was very comfy. Getting around to any modern convenience we needed (grocery, dining, etc) was quick and easy. The neighborhood is quiet, and a great jumping off point for a stay in the Charlotte area.

When we arrived, the grass was knee high. It was mowed sometime the day after our arrival. There is black mold growing in the bathroom beside the shower. There's a chair that is completely bent and broken and there's a bad spot in the flooring. I made the owner aware of the issues the day after our stay (March 30) and still have had zero response.
