The Space:
This two floor 4bed/2bath 2150ft² gorgeously restored ENTIRE HOUSE sleeps 10 with 2 kitchens, loads of amenities, yard space and a private furnished porch. Centrally located on a corner lot in a downtown Saratoga neighborhood, the home is bursting with class and upscale comforts inside and out. Expansive refinished hard wood floors, stunning open stairway, vaulted open first floor kitchen, spaces filled with natural light and masterpiece brick ornamental fireplace with reclaimed wood mantel. This Saratoga Stay by Green Springs seamlessly exudes warmth and feels like an elevated version of home.

LAYOUT:
A convenient few steps from the parking lot will find you at the front porch entrance to this whole home. We have carefully outfitted the space with all of the accommodations you’ll want or need for relaxing, cooking, dining, sleeping, bathing, working, web surfing, conversing or even working.

SLEEPING SPACES:
For sleeping there are four Queen bedrooms, two on each floor, as well as a Queen size pullout couch in both living rooms. Extra pillows and blankets provided to suit comfort preferences.

KITCHENS/ DINING:
For meal time there is an expansive dining table in the first floor dining room open to the large kitchen with loads of counter space and counter top seating! The second floor has an additional eat-in full kitchen with dining table for four. Both kitchens stocked with all major appliances, small appliances, dinnerware and bakeware/cookware to satisfy a wide variety of culinary prep wants and needs. An outdoor grill is available on the property too.

2 BATHROOMS:
For bathing there is a beautifully updated bathroom with full size tub/shower on the first floor and stand up shower on the second floor, both stocked with beauty care basics and plentiful bath linens.

RELAXATION:
For indoor relaxation you’ll find board games along with Smart TVs powered by free high speed internet, complete with basic cable loaded with streaming services apps ready for personal login access. Each floor has its own wifi so all occupants enjoy a strong signal.

OUTDOORS:
For outdoor enjoyment there is a furnished porch perfect for enjoying fresh morning coffee or cozy evening conversation! Outdoor grill and corn hole game available for use in our outdoor yard space.

Guest Access:
This is an entire 2 floor home. There are several convenient entries. The first floor and second floors are connected via an accessible passage door near the first floor front bedroom and bottom of the stairs of the second floor.

There are exterior entry stairs at all entrances and a hard wood stairway inside the home to the second floor.

There is yard space on the premises that you are welcome to take advantage of respectfully during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located conveniently in a downtown Saratoga Springs neighborhood on a beautiful corner lot with easy on or off street parking. Walking proximity to charming shops, the arts, historic landmarks, infinite dining possibilities, peaceful parks, dog park, cycling/footpaths and seasonal festivals.

Given the downtown corner lot location there is potential for related audible noise. Complimentary earplugs are provided to accommodate guest preference.
