The house, property, and overall stay experience were genuinely top notch and excellent in every regard. House was pristine with new, very nice furniture, linens, bathroom amenities - just about everything. Very clear a lot of thought went into every detail of this property and stay experience. Flexible and generous host that helped us with some special requests and questions. Also very reasonable 20-min drive to All Star Village. Can’t recommend enough.

Wonderful property! We were there for an All Star Village tournament.It was only 20 minutes to the facility and the house itself was perfect.

Awesome property!

House was great. Clean, new, and the setting with the creek running behind the house was perfect. My kids loved playing in the water and the adults enjoyed watching them.

All Star Village

This is THE best property in the area! Beautiful, open concept, new, great deck, expansive views, and flowing backyard creek. Close to All Star Village for baseball. Incredibly relaxing during our down time. Great communication with host. Absolutely will stay again!

Clean and confortable

The home was very clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed playing in the creek when not at Cooperstown.

Overall, we would stay here again, but not for a CASV tournament. The house itself is very nice and clean, the creek is lovely, and the heated bathroom floors are a great touch. The grill is a nice bonus too — it works well and is easily accessible from the sliding doors in the basement.That said, the drive to All-Star Village is a long, winding 23 minutes, which makes it tough at night and downright painful after a long day at the park (especially getting back at 1am). The kitchen could also use an upgrade — the nonstick pans are peeling, and there's no basic spatula, just a few wooden utensils that aren't great for something as simple as cooking eggs.If you're staying here for a CASV tournament, be prepared for the commute. For anyone else, it's a comfortable, well-kept place to stay.

We appreciate the honest feedback and we will definitely take action to replace and upgrade missing cooking utensils and pans to allow for a better cooking experience.

Luxury home close to Franklin

The house and setting were spectacular. It was a fantastic home for a family reunion. Sandy was an extremely thoughtful host providing us with all the comforts and necessities of a well kept home. We loved having a creek in the back of the house with a fire pit to sit around. We will cherish memories from this time.

Amazing mountain retreat!

This house is immaculate and the grounds are beautiful! The property is a great place to relax and spend time with family. My favorite thing to do each day was to sit outside and watch the groundhogs, deer, bunny’s, and chipmunks run around, while listening to the sound of the creek. Very relaxing. I would love to return!

Cooperstown trip

We had a wonderful stay. We came for our son’s baseball tournament at Cooperstown All Star Village. The house is beautiful with an amazing deck overlooking a creek. The beds are comfortable, and the house is clean. The owner left firewood, a bottle of wine, and everything else we would need for our stay. The home is a short 20 minute drive from Cooperstown all Star Village. I would highly recommend this home! Thank you for a wonderful stay.
