Relax in this newly renovated private studio after a fun day at the beach or exploring our beautiful coast. 1/2 mile from beach & 7-minute drive to Half Moon Bay or Pacifica! Separate entry through a private fenced patio with access to hot tub (shared with guests in main house), new hybrid queen bed, 55" TV, ceiling fan, central heat, kitchenette (with hot plate/basic cookware/dining ware/coffee maker/microwave/fridge freezer combo) and private bath/separate shower. The new loveseat is also a comfy sleeper - $50.00 for each additional guest, up to 2 with 4 guests max in unit. Note: EV Charger is $25.00 per use.

This was the perfect little place for us to stay while we explored the area. We appreciated the nice patio, hot tub, and yard. Extra towels were helpful and check in was easy!
Pretty yard. Covered porch had chairs. Fence is around hot tub.

This rental was perfect for us because it is so close to our son's home. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood is quiet, and the hot tub and robes are nice touches. It was easy to check in and out.

This place is perfect for my dog and me. Very clean, comfortable bed and the private patio was most enjoyable. The towels were nice and thick and the robes are a pleasant addition. I did not use the hot tub.Generally speaking was very quiet, however occasionally there was some noise when the people who live in the house above the unit would move their chairs, et cetera. This however, did not happen very often and I would certainly stay there again.Just a little note:the coffee maker uses capsules, it's not a drip so if you're like me, bring your little coffee maker and coffee.

The listing is accurate. The studio was mostly clean. It was small for the pullout couch. The bed was comfortable. It was nice to have the toilet and shower separate as well as the sink and fridge. The coffee maker and the gift bag were nice touches. The hot tub was very nice, and the outdoor patio was enjoyable. It's conveniently located to beautiful hiking along the coast and delicious restaurants. There wasn't a screen on the window or door. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. I would stay again during a time when the price is lower.

As always, incredibly clean, and incredibly nice host! Hot tub available! Pet-friendly for my dog, and very easily located, close by beaches and shops and restaurants. The host left a guidebook of places to go nearby. A perfect getaway place!

The booking dates got screwed up and the room was double booked for the night we got here. Left the follwing day very unhappy with this experience!

Janice you are a horrible person. You booked the wrong days and tried to blame VRBO and me, instead of taking responsibility for mistake. The person that came on their scheduled day, found you in their room and had to find other accommodations at 9 pm at night. You than refused to pay for the night you stayed. Leaving me to pay for the other persons accommodations. Watch out for this lady she's something else!

We loved our stay in moss beach!

The studio was clean, well appointed, and perfect for us (and our dog). The area is close to the marine reserve, half moon bay and numerous beaches. The owners were super responsive and ready to help with any issues. And the hot tub was wonderful! Would highly recommend.
