For future guests, our listing/check in message includes the approximate walking distance to the public beach, as well as a complete list of what is and isn't provided—including that beach towels are not supplied. We also note the number of bath towels provided based on the home's occupancy. While we don't currently provide beach wagons, we appreciate the suggestion and will certainly keep it in mind as we continue evaluating ways to enhance the guest experience. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re so glad you enjoyed the condo and how easy it is to get to the beach and pool. I’m not sure where the miscommunication happened, but we did have our team deliver extra towels and coffee filters that evening and maintenance stopped by to check on the refrigerator, all of which you thanked us for. Unfortunately, a part had to be ordered, so the full repair couldn’t be completed during your stay, but we made sure the fridge and freezer remained functional despite the water leak. The upgraded beach chairs with built-in cooler compartments were in place to make carrying gear to the beach easier, and there has always been a small ironing board available in the closet for guest use. We appreciate your patience and are happy to hear you still found our team friendly and responsive. Your feedback helps us continue improving for future guests.
