Beautiful quiet home on 2 acres. Many amenities. 2 person Jacuzzi tub!

Come enjoy your stay in Palmer, Alaska! A quiet home on 2 acres that is just an hour away from Anchorage. Drink your coffee on the patio and watch for the red Fox or frequent moose that pass through the woods behind the house. There is a set of stairs outside to go up to main level. This is a 4 bedroom home, with two bedrooms on the main level and two upstairs. The master bathroom has a 2 person jacuzzi tub. There are several amenities including a keurig machine, several kitchen appliances, full laundry facilities, wifi and blackout curtains in each bedroom for the Alaskan summer. There is an outside picnic table with a fenced in yard, and even toys if you have children. Room enough to spread out a bit. Robes provided in each bathroom. TVs in every bedroom. Internet and Wi-Fi included. Pack and play and booster seat for your little one if needed. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me. There is a basement that you do not have access to. The basement is a preschool during off season. Only rent out on weekends during offseason. So there will not be anyone there during your stay.

Perfect Family Stay

Our family came to Palmer for a quick, one night trip to see my nephew for his birthday. There was more than enough space for our group of 5, plus an additional 5 that stopped by to visit. It has all the amenities we needed, plus some - extra toothpaste and tooth brushes, shower stuff, bedding, kitchen appliances, snacks, x-box, board gams, and nice outdoor space with toys and a small fire pit. The beds & pillows were comfy and the water pressure was fantastic! There were also some very nice touches, with the seasonal decor, homemade moose shaped chocolates that my teen devoured, and even a cabinet full of everything needed for chocolate chip cookies. We would love to stay again when we come back next month!

Perfect for Large Group

We had six adults and this was setup perfectly for us to spread out (isolating the snorers!) Great communication from the owner made things so easy. Close to downtown Palmer restaurants. Great setup. Would definitely book them again.

Well stocked, family-friendly, clean and well-located

Everything about this listing was exactly as advertised. Very family-friendly property for kids of all ages even though I had just my grown kids with me. Centrally located, but behind trees giving it a wonderful, all-alone feel. Easy access to the Fair, Hatcher Pass, and the Glenn Highway for our jam-packed weekend. Plenty of choices for bath supplies, extras of dishes and utensils, would have loved to use the jacuzzi but just didn't have time. I will look to stay here again the next time I'm in Mat-Su with my family. I hope it's available.

Great State Fair Weekend

This was a great place close to the state fair. We were able to have a blast at the fair, and didnt have to drive back down to Kenai Peninsula afterwards. Beds were comfortable and cleanliness was great. Thanks again 😊

Great Palmer Home

Although this home is a little older it is a great place to stay. It is centrally located and close to town. The kitchen is well supplied and the owners cookie recipe was wonderful. Also comfortable beds and good pillows.

One of the best places.

When we travel we often stay at rental homes. Allison, was very accommodating, she thought through everything we might need and had it available. It’s on a quiet piece of property surrounded by trees. The house was very comfortable. It was perfect for us.

Comfortable Home to Relax with Family

After being cooped up in our cruise stateroom for a week, this was a perfect place for our family of 5 to relax and spread out. Plenty of bedroom choices. Multiple bathrooms so we were all able to get ready and go on our Alaskan adventures. Allison thought of everything to make it a good stay and I mean everything! There are multiple outlets by every bed. Snacks in the pantry. Guidebooks for the local area. Shampoo, soap and even extra toothbrushes just in case. My kids immediately found the large bin of legos in the closet. There are also plenty of board games and TVs with streaming services to wind down at night. Palmer is a great central location for day trips. We drove up and hiked in Hatchers Pass one day and down to the Chugach State Park near Anchorage for another. I highly recommend. We all said this was the best rental we’ve ever had.

This house worked out perfectly for our stay. We only stayed one night, but it was a comfortable one. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more! We also were happy for an early check-in.

This home is absolutely incredible! Allison has thought of everything! Our boys loved playing with the games and seeing all of the wonderful toys. We would make it a point to come back and just stay here!

Great stay in Palmer!

We were just staying a few days after a cruise, but I could have stayed much longer here! Allison was so easy to work with and had so many extra touches in the house to make sure your stay is awesome. (Bathrobes, laundry detergent, a toothbrush or toothpaste in case you forgot one, little touches like that!) Everything you need for a lovely stay. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

Thank you Allison for hosting us at your beautiful home in Palmer! The house was very clean, beds comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, and the location was perfect. We had a great stay as a family of four (to be honest it was more house than we needed!). If I come back to Palmer I would stay here again.

Fantastic House

This was our first time renting a VRBO…we can not say enough about this house!!! It was perfect for what our family was looking for after our cruise! It is in a Great location to explore so many things in Alaska!!! Allison was so Amazing & helpful during our stay! We will definitely be renting this house again in the future!!
