Welcome to SunnySide UP! The serene 2 bedroom 2.5 bath with water view is located on Little Sabine Bay in Pensacola Beach, FL. Relax on the patio as you look out at the tranquil water as you sip your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evenings. The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are right across the street, the nearest public access less than a 5 minute walk! You can also easily walk/drive/trolley to the bustling boardwalk with shopping and plenty of great restaurants.

The Villa Sabine Townhomes are on Little Sabine! Ride the trolley to many different stops on Pensacola Beach. Walk to the public beach.

We had the best stay and plan to come back. Everything for the beach is available to use, the home was so clean and the beach was beautiful and so close for taking multiple trips throughout the day. Thank you for providing the perfect place for a great family vacation!

We love our stay here. As a family of 3 who love to cook and be within walking distance to the beach this place hit all the marks. I can appreciate how much thought Lauren put into her rental. She had everything you could possibly need to make our stay perfect. The location was perfect the town home was clean and the beds comfortable. The views from the balcony perfect for morning coffee.

Everything we needed for the Beach!
Property as described and pictured. Plenty of beach chairs and nice cart to haul all our stuff to the beach which was a short walk away. Nice view of the sound and of the gulf. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean. Unit also quiet, we didn't hear the neighbors unless we were outside. Owner very responsive to inquiries pre-check-in and checked with us shortly after check-in to see if we needed anything. Will definitely consider staying here again.
