Relax pool side with the whole family, this home is large enough to accommodate all. Located on a corner canal, the water views are endless! **THIS PROPERTY NOW HAS A FULL SCREENED IN LANAI OVER THE POOL DECK.** This property has a heated pool, the tub portion of this pool is heated to the pool's temperature.

Great quite location

Great property on the canal in St James City. Great location for fishing and using the kayaks. Perfect place to watch the dolphins

Amazing views

The property was exactly as described in the listing in a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants along with Winn Dixie and Publix are close. The view from the house was spectacular with daily sightings of dolphins and manatees. The heated pool was great. Well equipped kitchen and sufficient bath as well as pool towels were provided. Property management was great. They provided great details prior to your arrival and promptly responded to your inquiries. The only down side to the property was a relatively small garbage can to put out for the trashmen.

Great location on the canal

Superb canal home located on the South end of Pine Island. Nice area, quite and homey - fits nicely with the laid back Pine Island vibe.

BEAUTIFUL setting and spacious house!

This was a lovely home and the location was outstanding. Absolutely stunning water and mangrove views. We head to Florida twice a year and this might be the most beautiful canal views yet. Clean, nice amenities, quiet and tucked away.

Great view to add to a great home

This property will not will not disappoint. Only issue we had was the AC was not good in the two bedrooms. Lovely home decorated well.

Property in disrepair!

Let me start by saying the rental property company that oversaw this rental made this absolute disaster so much better for us, but no one should consider renting this property until the following has been done: house thoroughly cleaned, A/C repaired, pool thoroughly cleaned, and needed house repairs made. We entered the property around 4:30pm to find ceiling fans blowing on high because the A/C was completely broken. Walking around the house, we saw that many repairs were needed (eg. ceiling vent dangling) and the house had not been recently cleaned. After contacting the rental company, an A/C repairman was dispatched. Once he checked it out, he said it could not be repaired for at least 2 days (parts, etc). The pool was filthy and a side pool room was completely open. It was the worst property experience we’ve had. Again, the property company went into action and moved us that evening to a property nearby. But, we could only stay there for a couple of days until they found us a place we could stay for the entirety of our vacation (2 weeks). They were extremely nice and I think, mortified, by the state of this property. It may be for sale and had been shown by realtors who were not careful or communicating with the rental company about showings. But, do not stay here unless you’ve received confirmation things have been remedied and is ready for renters.

Great house with Amazing Fishing!

House was as pictured with the addition of a covered pool. The house was bug free and clean. The fishing on the property was fantastic! We saw Dolphins everyday and night a few manatees and stingrays and even a shark! We caught a huge variety of species of fish it was absolutely infested with mangrove snappers, but we also caught lots of ladyfish, speckled trout, hardhead catfish, gaff top catfish, jack cravelle, and even a needlefish and pinfish. There were a few more I can’t even remember but we also saw sheepshead and redfish just didn’t catch them. If you have never been to south Florida come prepared for no see ums and mosquitos but that comes hand in hand with great fishing locations and views! Only downside for the house was the pool light was out and the tub did not hold water. Easy fixes which they have been made aware of. They were quick to respond but did not show up to repair them while we were there. I was really looking forward to the tub. The pool was super warm but clean. We would definitely stay again. Best fishing property we have ever rented hands down!

Great Location and Comfortable home

The location was great for a boater - quite close to open water. The three baths were nice to have. The house was as described and the screened lanai was spacious and comfortable. As someone else mentioned, the guest bedrooms would not cool down as much as the rest of the house, but it was 95 degrees outside every day. Would stay again.
