Very clean and great location

We loved our stay here! Everything felt clean and the cabin was secluded but also close enough to the trails as well. Will definitely be back!

Early December Stay

The place was great and was even decorated for the holidays. The only issues were there were no coffee filters, and the stove had several burners that didn't work. If a few of the little touches were addressed, it would be an exceptional place to stay.

Wonderful quaint cabin

Our stay was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The view from the balcony into the woods was wonderful and mostly secluded except for one other cabin that could sort of be visualized but was far enough away that it wasn't bothereome. The cabin and hot tub were clean and the kitchen had most essentials, if we needed anything specific we just made sure to bring it. Fire pit was nice to huddle around and stay warm. The cabin was in a location where tourist attractions were easily accessible. Overall stay was great and would return!

Great spot all around

I was not familiar with Hocking Hills at all prior to this visit. This cabin has me wanting to stay for a longer time period. What I was dreading as a single mom turned out to be an amazing experience with my 4 kids. This place has it all and is a great place to space for families, friends and couples alike.

Very central location

Your cabin was very nice with a clear view ov the night sky.. Clean and quite area but a little tricky to find. The driveway needs some work on the deep ruts, good thing I had a Jeep.

Quiet, clean cabin in a great location

The cabin was a great fit for our family of five. It was quiet and private, and the location work well for us to visit all the trails around Hocking Hills during our two day stay.

Cozy Little Getaway

Quaint and out of the way! It’s a lovely property with a lot of kitchenware and an amazing hot tub! Just like the pictures! The only note is the hill from the driveway to the cabin is quite steep, so be prepared.

Great for dogs and location for the trails

Great property for dogs, great location for all the Hocking Hill trails, secluded feeling yet trails are 10-25 minutes away. Take advantage of the hot tub and enjoy the view. Appreciated the quality dishwashing soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Read other reviews for some opportunities and tips about the property. Two challenges for us: 1) a little trouble finding the place, after the cemetery on the right take the first left which looks like you are going to a different property and 2) didn't get direct TV? (not sure that was the service) to work, streamed Netflix. Be aware that cell service is very spotty in the area so stop at the Welcome Center and get a local map, they have helpful recommendations. Would rent again if we come back to the area.

Cute and good location! Needs to up their kitchen supply game.

The cabin was very cute. It worked perfect for a few nights with my spouse and teenagers. The internet worked great. It was centrally located so we didn’t have to drive long to get to Logan or the trails. The hot tub was great and it was so peaceful! My only issue was with the lack of kitchen supplies. There were only 3 glasses. We had one dish towel and only one extra bath towel. Also the pots and pans weren’t in the best shape. That’s kind of one of the reasons to stay at a vrbo (cooking your own meals)

Awesome Cabin!

The cabin was perfect. It was cozy, comfortable, and clean. The hot tub was very relaxing and was in a perfect covered spot on the balcony where we could still see the trees and night sky. Jake was very responsive with questions. Overall this was a perfect cabin and a wonderful getaway.

Pretty good

The overall stay was pretty good. The cabin good use better cleaning. The amount of dust on the ceiling fans was a little gross. No tissues or blanket for the couch supplied. Microwave handle is broken and a drawer in the kitchen is not even there. Got 3 inches of snow and did not have a shovel to clear a path. Had difficulties receiving the door code via email. Pet friendly so we appreciated that!

Secluded and comfortable

Nice property, enjoyed our stay. The owner was very responsive to trouble we had with the hot tub, was able to get it repaired for our second night. Thanks!

Pros: Great location-pizza, stores, trails nearby Great atmosphere, beautiful cabin, great views Nice and warm on arrival Very comfortable beds, all of them! Cons: Never sent email with entry codes. Poor cell signal at cabin and had to drive to another location to get help from VRBO. VRBO did excellent job giving phone number to the owner. Owner did not answer the phone. Eventually reached someone who could not contact owner and did not have first-hand information for all of my questions. She claimed welcome Email was sent the day before, but it was not in my junk account, and when she sent it, it arrived in seconds. Owner never got back to us. On arrival, two Wi-Fi signals with almost no connectivity, both would not connect. 30 minutes later, tried again and found proper Wi-Fi. Keep at it. Only one spare roll of toilet paper for four people staying for two full days. We had to go out and buy toilet paper. Broken chair in family room, only 2 functioning burners on the stove, Grill in seriously bad condition but did work. Microwave handle is broken but still attached. Be very careful or it will break completely. Hot tub water very cloudy, and very unappealing. Did not want to use. Ew. Kitchen not well stocked. Only four glasses, no tea pot. Heating water in a pan to make tea. Overall impression is a beautiful, warm and cozy cabin with great bedding and wonderful views. I felt the owner was more into making money than providing an experience
