Well care for condo, excellent stock in the unit and beautiful pool , hot tub and grounds. Central location, great communication with hosts. and overall wonderful property. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

What a perfect place with so many things close by. We golfed everyday and the farthest course was 20 minutes. Hope to stay again!

Great Location

We thought this was a great location with lakes to hike around, herons and egrets and numerous water birds to watch. We loved the restaurants in the area. Super place to spend the month of March.

Five day stay in April 2025

The property was very clean and quiet and met our needs perfectly! Check in was easy and the host provided everything we needed. The property has a great east valley location and had stores and amenities close by. Nothing but good things to say, we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, great condo

I love this location, so close to everything. But what really made this a place we’d like to return to is that it’s terrific inside — comfortable beds, very clean with good amenities and a wonderful view from the balcony. Owners are terrific.

The condo for our needs very well. It is quite dated but everything seems to work. The pool and hot tub are directly across the street so the location is wonderful. There are plenty of nice and good restaurants easily within walking distance. The owners were extremely helpful and responded quickly. I would recommend you choose to stay in this VRBO.

Nice stay with several places to eat or shop nearby

A nice stay overall. There is a flight of stairs when you come in the door. The bed was comfortable and there was a big sectional couch. Noise was low in the area. There was a pool that we didn't use. We would stay here again.

Febr. - March 2023 stay

The home was beautifully decorated; gorgeous views of the pond from the patio; walking paths around ponds were a nice feature; plenty of towels/wash cloths; kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed (pots, pans, utensils); instructions were well labeled; Nice TV with surround system; friendly neighbors; close access to the pool; having an enclosed garage was nice. Really enjoyed our stay there!

Amazing experience

This is absolutely wonderful place to stay with beautiful lake views all around. The kitchen stock was spot on and couldn't ask for more. All the malls were near by and it was so easy to get all the stuff. It would be really nice to add fire sticks to the TV which makes this more amazing.

Great location

Easy accessibility to restaurants, shopping, freeways, etc by car or walking. Great walking paths around property. Clean, well maintained grounds. One small negative would be street/traffic noise. Unit had everything we needed.

nice and convenient place

this condo has all you ask for to be on vacation. everything is nearby even walk distance ( if you're not lazy lol) . Even buying a new car nearby which I did so . LOL. The owner is flexible and friendly to work things out for my situation which I really appreciate. Some minor suggestions to improve the place. having a tv in each room with a few video online streaming such amazon prime or Netflix and so on (only a few) will be a plus for people who book long term. I will book this property again if opportunities occur.

Talking to the Geese

If we could givev the 6 star, we would. We attended the national Pickleball Tournament in Mesa AZ. Our friend won the silver in 60 -65, 4.5 Category. This was the perfect place to relax. I've been spoiled before, but this was by far the best equipped listing. All communication was answered immediately. The lake with the ducks and geese was nice to wake up to. We requested this unit for spring traing, but it was already taken afterward.

Condo not what as advertised

We found this condo not equipped for 6 guests as advertised. No where in the leased did it require us to take off our shoes before using the stairs to enter the condo. Having been charged exacerbate fees I would encourage anyone who is thinking about this unit to look around this property for another unit. The property has many advantages, including, walking paths, pool, and wonderful restaurants.

This review is quite disappointing. With regards to shoes on the carpet, as soon as you enter condo there is a shoe rack and a laminated sign asking for shoes to be taken off before entering. The stairs are carpeted entering the condo so common courtesy is to take off your shoes. Regular steam cleaning of the carpets takes place throughout the year so we should not have to have it done after every single guests’ stay. We try to be as thorough as possible in the terms of the lease, but cannot cover all points that should be common sense, for example, not to leave sink running if it is plugged. We emailed our guests our concerns after our cleaning lady went in and said to respond if they had any questions or concerns. Unfortunately, they chose to give us a bad review first instead of giving us the opportunity to address their concerns and try and work with us. Our over 50 reviews speak for themselves. The condo has relaxing seating for definitely more than 6 people if you had guests over. We have had many parties of 6 stay at our condo with no complaints. We have 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and two bedrooms with queen size beds in each. The kitchen area seats 7 guests. We heard no complaints from these guests the whole week they stayed with us and accommodated their flooding our toilet too by having to call a plumber. We encourage communication and quickly respond to any guests’ comments or concerns. We agree you will truly enjoy our condo, all the close amenities and the beautiful surroundings.
