Reviewer Comments: Perfect location, kids loved it.The unit we rented was great, lots of room, and equipped better than most beach rentals.I would recommend without without reservation, but of course you will need a reservation.

Fantastic property

Very clean the entire complex was, management was very helpful and friendly actually more than we bargained for would recommend this to anybodyThe interior decor suited our taste

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have visited Island House for 20 years and have never been disappointed. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have an exceptional stay. The hurricanes this past year have caused issues but they are working hard to update the damage caused by wind & water.I cannot say enough about the staff. Corby & Jill are the best!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay at Island House 10S. Although the furnishings are a little dated, the apartment was clean, full of space and included all necessary amenities! We have already booked the same unit for next year! Our only disappointment was not being notified before we arrived that the two exits out of the apartment that led to easy access to the beach were blocked off, due to broken-out windows sustained from the latest hurricane! All we expect is full disclosure BEFORE arrival, of any changes to what was in the description of the property!

The location was perfect.

The unit itself is very outdated, dreary, needs new linens, beds and pillows. The complex is very quiet and clean. Had a few cockroaches while there so also needs a good cleaning. One of the units was being remodeled so no sleeping in this week. Location was great !!

The view was amazing. 10s was wonderful. My only complaint is it’s a little crowded with furniture. We can’t wait to go back again

We feel really sad and disappointed with this vacation

The king Master bed was the best mattress ever!It truly was an amazing stay.Can’t wait to return!Thank you to the owners for having such a clean place.

Heaven On The Beach

Manager Scott and all contacts on property were amazing - helping us have the most wonderful vacation ! We stayed in 10S and the view was amazing !! Absolutely LOVED sour stay !

Great condo, beautiful view

Condo is well decorated and maintained. Short walk to the beach you see from the lanai. Great location on Siesta Key.

Loved it!!

Very nice and clean. Right on the beach. Parking was very close to our door. Easy check in and out. My only complaint was the washer and dryer weren't in the condo, but they were right outside the kitchen door, so no that big of a deal. Just felt like you had to hurry since you share it with others. I would definitely stay here again!!
