Our freshly updated 2BR/2BA condo sleeps six comfortably: one king, two queens, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and brand-new paint and linens throughout. Everything is clean, bright, and ready for you. Sarasota Surf and Racquet Club sits on 13 acres of beachfront property and the amenities are genuinely unmatched on the Key: 2 heated pools (our oceanfront pool is the closest to the beach of any complex on Siesta Key!), tennis courts, pickleball courts, a fitness center, game room, and a beachfront pavilion with grills. Laundry is right outside our door. When you're ready to explore, Point of Rocks — a popular snorkeling and fishing spot — is just a short walk away, and nearby you'll find boat rentals, wave runners, guided fishing trips, and parasailing on the Gulf. Bike rentals are close by too, if you want to cruise around in the Florida sunshine. We're real hosts, available throughout your stay to make sure everything is perfect. Stefanie was easy to reach via text and responsive The condo is well appointed, comfortable seating in living room, and clean. Our boys enjoyed having each their own double sized beds instead of the typical twin size beds you get at other VRBOs.

Some places just get in your blood. Siesta Key has been part of our family story since I was a little girl, spending summers here while my grandparents rented at this very complex. I have photos of myself splashing in this same beachfront pool back in the 1980s — and now my own kids splash in the same spot. That kind of full-circle magic is rare, and it's exactly why we wanted a place of our own here. Tower 604 isn't just a rental to us. It's where our family exhales.

Evenings here look like this: the grill going at the pavilion, kids chasing each other across the sand or wrestling a kite into the sky, the sun melting into the Gulf. We do sunset dinners right on the beach — nothing fancy, just good food and that light. Mornings we hit Sun Garden Café for breakfast (don't miss the fairy garden tucked into the outdoor seating — it's a little surprise the kids always hunt for). For the best sandwich to pack in your beach bag, Anna's is the answer. And when you're ready for a casual dinner out, Big Water Fish Market never disappoints.

Siesta Key sits at the center of one of Florida's most culturally rich stretches of coastline. Spend a morning at Mote Marine Aquarium, an afternoon wandering the Ringling Museum of Art, or catch a show at the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. The Village is walkable, charming, and full of great dining and local shops. If you're after a more upscale afternoon, St. Armand's Circle is a short drive and worth every minute. .

We've thought through the details so you don't have to. The only thing on your to-do list should be deciding which beach chair to claim first.
