This spacious and inviting home is the perfect retreat for families, boasting 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests, best suited for 6 adults and 2 children. Inside, our home is equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Stay connected with Spectrum internet, and indulge in a wide selection of books and board games for some family fun. Central air and heating ensure a pleasant temperature year-round, while the fully equipped kitchen and propane grill provide everything you need to prepare delicious meals at your leisure. Unwind and create lasting memories around the firepit, complete with comfortable Adirondack chairs, for storytelling or roasting marshmallows under the starry sky. The back patio runs the length of the home, partially covered, providing a serene spot for relaxation and outdoor dining.

Situated on a wooded half-acre lot, our home offers a relaxing, private setting. Just a few blocks from dead end on Green Bay, you'll have easy access to the water and can enjoy peaceful strolls along the shoreline. All this with the convenience of being just 2 miles from downtown Egg Harbor, where you'll find an abundance of entertainment options, including the Egg Harbor Fun Park, golf courses, and a wide array of restaurants to satisfy every palate. We love our family pet dogs and welcome yours too. Your well-behaved dogs are allowed with prior approval. This property allows up to 2 dogs. There is a fee of $50 per dog/per night, which is collected separately and approximately one week prior to your check-in date.

**This home is located in a quiet community and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors, we cannot accommodate bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions or other rowdy gatherings.

A traditional drip coffee maker and Keurig are provided.
Also available are pots, pans, grill utensils, baking sheets, dishes, utensils, glassware, kitchen towels and pot holders.

Provided:
• Bed linens, bath towels, kitchen towels are provided (Please bring your own beach towels)

• We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.

• We also supply one travel size shampoo, conditioner and body wash per full bathroom.

• Due to health and safety guidelines all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend you check out Destination Door County, the visitors' bureau, to help map out your vacation. "Door County Vacationers" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.

• Our home is a quiet family neighborhood in a great location, just a couple of blocks from a dead-end where you can walk down to the bay.
