Beautiful condo in a great location. For the price,however, I was surprised guests are asked to strip the bed and start laundry or be required to pay additional 30.

Great little spot on the strip and next to the riverwalk. We really enjoyed our extended stay of 3 weeks and recommend to anyone wanting to visit Estes Park and Rocky Mountain. We were able to work and explore everything and most of it we could walk to or drive to in less than a few minutes.

Condo was wonderful, large and fully equipped, however elevator was not working during our stay. Host was responsive and took care of us during our stay and maintained contact. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Amy

The check-in instructions were very clear and precise. The host was professional and informative. Communication was good. The loft was clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was great. Loved the balcony for people watching. Loved its proximity to everything. Good to have "free" 24-hr parking. Great walking town. Will someday stay here again.

Perfect spot right downtown Estes Park. Allowed us to walk wherever we needed and be close by. Huge bathroom, open studio layout. We loved it and would stay there again.

Great location in the heart of downtown, easy walk to all the stores and restaurants. Took a stroll along the river which was beautiful.

Place is as advertised. Parking can be a bit difficult during the summer days, but that is a minor thing compared to the overall experience.

Great location. Would have been nice to take a hot shower. One person was able to take a luke warm shower and then after that no more hot water for the duration.

Hiking, climbing and any outdoor activities are right out the front door and one could spend years exploring the miles of trails in the National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park. This loft is ideally situated in the heart of downtown and just a few minutes drive from RMNP, giving guests the best that Estes Park has to offer.

Sitting on the deck in the morning sun was my favorite thing to do. The great room also has so much light, it almost feels like being outside. This property is one-of-a-kind in Estes Park, for those with a love of the mountains, but aren't the 'cabin' type. It's a great combination of a mountain getaway with all the amenities you'd expect from a luxury property.
