Welcome to your cozy mountain retreat! Nestled amidst stunning natural beauty, this charming home boasts a balcony offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Having spent countless vacations in Estes Park, we fell in love with this home and now invite others to create their own cherished memories here. Walk to downtown, you'll enjoy easy access to shops, dining, and attractions. Ideal for groups seeking tranquility and adventure! Managed by Glacier Gorge Vacations when we are away

Wake up to a Rocky Mountain sunrise, enjoy coffee with stunning views from the balcony. Relax in the cozy living room by the fireplace after a long day of adventuring. Fully stocked kitchen great for family meals. Record player, foosball table and board games for entertainment.

You're welcome to use the entire house and all of the amenities!

Glacier Gorge Property Management is available for anything you need during your stay. You may reach them via email, phone or through the airbnb app.

We live on a quiet street with great neighbors.

Our home is conveniently located close to town! Enjoy being able to walk to town and avoid the traffic!

UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT! Our property manager is a former guide in the National Park and would love to give insight and tips for planning your vacation. Our guests also enjoy exclusive discounts on local hiking, climbing and fishing guides as well as gear rentals!

Cute Estes home with an amazing view & location

We had a short stay in Estes for fall break and found this cute gem of a home that was so charming and tastefully decorated! It was perfect accommodations for our small family of 5 as we were a short distance from downtown Estes & Rocky Mountain National Park which were a plus! Communication with the management company was great right from the start until our check out. The check in process & the instructions for the home were so easy to understand. We had a few questions and concerns that were promptly addressed and taken care of. Overall, we loved our stay & had a wonderful experience at this charming Estes home!

Mid Century Estes Park

Walking in the door it felt like home. Very comfortable beds, couch, and side chair. The house had everything we needed. The back deck was wonderful to sit on anytime of the day. Great view of Estes and mountains. Very quiet street. We walked often down to the shops often. The fireplace was a wonderful bonus. Communication was great and return replies were fast. I highly recommend this home. We’ll be back.

Great family / dog friendly property close to everything and with an amazing view!

We had the pleasure of staying here a number of years ago and were so glad we had a chance to go back. The property is such a great location you can walk into town at any point, and even with construction getting groceries or shopping was a breeze. We also cooked a lot at the house and it was well appointed. We had a little trouble with the TV at first but the property managers were so responsive. Also, like everywhere else in Estes there is no AC - but the property provided box fans for every window and some extras so we were able to lock in the cool night air easily. Great bedding, great decor. Hope to be back!

Great place near RMNP and downtown Estes Park

Great place overlooking Estes Park and mountains. Easy walk to town. The walk back up the hill can be a good workout. The sound of the river and unlimited stars at night on the deck are fantastic. The house is well decorated and welcoming. Comfortable furniture and beds. We would definitely stay here again when in Estes Park.

Good Stay

My family stayed at this property for 3 nights. Communication with the host/rental company was FANTASTIC. They responded immediately and checked in with us during our stay. They were forthright in telling us the dryer had broken before our stay. I appreciate honesty. There were plenty of games and puzzles available to keep us entertained in the house. Location was very nice and the view was beautiful. My only suggestion would be to have a more detailed cleaning. Overall, the home was clean, but couches, floors, and dishes could have used more attention. I would rate our stay a 4.7.

Comfortable house with beautiful view

Would not recommend this home unless you like a very dated home

Both toilets broke while we were there, screen door was broke and very hard to open, windows would not stay up so you could have them open. Pots and pans are not non stick, so very hard to cook with. Dishwasher catches on counter top when you open it. You have to open oven to get into one drawer. Only one bath has a tub/shower. (My fault for booking that with 7 people). One parking stall has a big dumpster which makes it almost unusable. Absolutely needs updated. Bathrooms are all original from when it was built, I’m guessing 1960’s. Great location close to town. Way overpriced for what it is and outrageous fees. I have stayed in lots of VRBO’s way nicer than this for much less!

Great location to enjoy Rocky Mountain National Park

This was a great house for our stay in Estes Park and our visit to Rocky Mountain National Park. The location was perfect (right next to town and only 5 mins from the park entrance). The house provided everything we needed for a great stay. Our family of 6 was very comfortable in the house and would definitely recommend staying here in the future for anyone visiting the Estes Park or RMNP.

Perfect place to stay in Estes Park

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Great views of the town, mountains and The Stanley Hotel off in the distance. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away. The dog enclosure was super handy. We saw elk around the property every day. Great communication with property managers. We would love to stay here again.

Perfect Estes Rental

The property was perfect for my family and our two dogs. The dog enclosed space was a lifesaver in the middle of the night and early morning. The views were stunning from the deck and sunroom. We watched elk walk across the backyard every evening at dusk. It was a great starting point for our vacation in Estes and into RMNP.

Perfect mountain getaway

The house was perfect! Spacious, well stocked and in a great location. The stunning views were a huge bonus! The managers were also lovely and kept in contact to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place! We’re already planning our next trip!

Wonderful weekend

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We loved the views from the house and the sunroom. The weather was very windy and although we did get some outdoor activities in, we really enjoyed hanging out there as well. The dog run was a big plus as we brought our dogs and were able to simply let them out rather than walking them on the leash -- that alone was a vacation! The kitchen was basic but had everything we needed to cook a few meals. We did walk to downtown to go shopping and it was very close.

Great views and easy walk into downtown Estes.

Cute blue house that is comfortable, offers great views, and is easily walkable to downtown Estes and the brewpub at the bottom of the hill. We had an issue with a broken shower head and it was replaced immediately! Excellent service- handled much more quickly than if it been at my house.

Beautiful Area

We loved the location of your property and the views were incredible. We saw Elk and Deer right in the neighborhood and backyard. It was such a quiet neighborhood and loved that we could walk right downtown for shopping and dining out. Would definitely recommend the home! The home had great space for our family!

This was one of my favorite vacations! The house is comfortable, clean, relaxing and has those amazing views of the mountains and the cute town below. Nancy, property manager, helped me to find some perfect hikes that were not in RMNP since covid made that challenging to access. I literally felt like that song, “I’m on top of the world”... Thanks for the wonderful experience. The house is everything that is listed about it and more!!!

Talk about location!

Wow--what a great place to stay when visiting Estes Park! My family and I booked a last minute stay because we hadn't been able to travel due to COVID. We live in the Denver area and have been to Estes many times but thought it would be nice for a short getaway (and to avoid the summer heat). The property sits on a hillside that overlooks downtown Estes and is an easy walk (well going into town, anyway ) to shops and restaurants. "The Barrel" beer garden is at the bottom of the hill and a great place to chill. We also walked the Lake Estes trail. The property is quiet and super clean with an AMAZING deck with valley views. Would have preferred a gas range and the electric grill was a little under powered but we managed numerous tasty meals without issue. We also brought our "fur baby" who loved the doggy door and outdoor fenced area. If you go in the summer there is a southeast-facing sunroom with no curtains so it can get a little warm but open the windows and the nights are cool and relaxing. Would definitely go back!

Location, location, location

This house is very close to everything Estes Park. We brought our Golden Retrievers and the fenced in area at the back was perfect. We spent much time on the deck and made breakfast every morning since the kitchen was stocked with the necessities. We went in late August and the house stayed cool while we were gone as long as the doors to the sun porch was kept closed. It cooled off fairly quickly when we got back and opened up the deck door. Nights were definitely cool enough but 2 of the bedrooms needed and used the fans that were supplied. Some small maintenance needed done but nothing that brought our rating down.

Great location and clean comfortable home. Beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Easy to get to shops and hiking trails. Favorite things: -Small fenced in area for dogs to use. -Herd of Elk made their way in the back and front yard. - very cool. -Deck off back of home looking at the mountains -sun room / porch is all windows Highly recommend this home.
