This was the perfect home for our family of 4 while visiting San Diego. It looks exactly like the pictures online and was comfortable, clean, well appointed and close to everything! The hosts were both attentive and responsive and even got us in a few hours early as we flew in from the east coast well ahead of the 4 PM check in. When I asked my college age daughters what they thought of my choice of home for the week, they said, Mom, you killed it, this place is awesome! Enough said :)

We had a wonderful stay! This home is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location with easy access to restaurants and activities. The beach is beautiful! Check in was easy, we had a slight glitch with the code but were able to rectify that quickly. The property manager was very prompt in responding to a couple of questions and they are very eager to do whatever they can to make sure your stay is perfect. They also checked in with us to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The house was very clean and had a well appointed kitchen, plenty of shampoo and body wash in the showers, and very comfortable furniture and beds. Having a garage was a huge bonus as parking in that area is very challenging. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing place to stay. Everything was as described. Close to beach, dining and anything else that your heart desires. The only thing I recommend is that you consider parking and if you aren’t driving a small car, you will most likely have to park offsite. We did find street parking which was close by. You won’t be disappointed staying at this beautiful beach home!

Vacation

House was beautiful, easy to get to, beach a block away, beach supplies were a plus! Top floor deck was nice. Single car garage for parking, a must in that area, Our host checked on us twice a day to make sure we were enjoying ourselves or if anything was needed. We would diffidently rent again.

Great vacation

The property is perfect to experience Mission and Pacific beach. Walking to restaurants, shops, etc. is easy. It is well stocked, clean, and well laid out. The roof top deck is great for watching the sunset, and enjoying the weather. The second bedroom is advertised as a queen, but it is actually a double. Other than that we lived this property.

Like being in our own home

We had a wonderful stay. The house had everything we needed for the beach and for cooking for a family. We enjoyed riding the bikes and taking literally a two minute walk onto the beach every morning. If you go toward the road there is a sweet coffee place and super reasonable deli and market within two minutes as well. The beds were very comfortable; the kids said the bunk beds were a little hard but the queen bed in that room was fine. Wonderful trip and we would stay there again.

Great vacation home

The condo was very clean, well maintained and in a good neighborhood. The roof top deck was amazing. Only issue we found is that the listing said a hot tub was provided, but there actually wasn't a hot tub at the property. There was a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom, but a sign said it was not operational when we arrived.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. The house was very clean, very spacious, and we loved everything about it. Location being so close to the beach was perfect. :) There are stairs to get to each level of the home so just keep in mind for anyone who may have troubles with that. We didn’t mind. The garage fit our Chevy traverse just fine and it was long to leave room in the back to unload and reload easily. Would definitely come back to this property. No complaints at all. 10/10

Wonderful Stay

I had a wonderful stay at the Dover Vistas. The dedicated parking space was a great convenience, and the home was clean and well-stocked, making it feel very welcoming.I absolutely loved and appreciated the option of having groceries delivered and, get this, put away before we arrived! This feature saved me hours of preparation. It's worth noting that there are a lot of stairs at this property, and the host does a great job of making guests aware of that prior to booking. the thoughtful check-in process was also much appreciated.Overall, this was one of the best VBRO experiences I’ve had to date, and I would love to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

Excellent start to 2024

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay. The only thing I would say was a bit surprising and a little annoying was the narrowness of the garage. I would have driven a smaller car had I known our car would not fit without the hazard of hitting the doors on the wall. It might be helpful to let people know the photo is not a distortion but is the actual size of the garage. Narrow and long.

We loved our stay at Dover Vistas. The place was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen well stocked and organized. The home was nicely decorated and very comfortable, even with some games and puzzles available. There were plenty of towels and linens. It was quiet and the location was perfect, nestled between the bay and the ocean, with a short walk to either. It was great to be able to walk a short distance for coffee or a light bite. Most of the attractions are our list were within a 20-30 minute drive, as was the airport. We appreciated the note about the narrow garage. Definitely recommend an economy car. We found backing in was easier than pulling forward with the tight turn from the alley and the back up camera on the car. You can't really open the doors fully on both sides even with an economy car, but we made it work and appreciated having a garage to keep the car in. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!
