Great stay in the Cozy Barn!

Clean, neat with great amenities for cooking, going to the beach or watching rockets launch! We were even able to charge our Tesla!
Parking is right outside the door!
Cooking setup in the outside barn area.

Perfect stay!

We had a great stay being able to enjoy the area without being in the craziness of the city. Loved the atmosphere and scenery. We would gladly visit again as the stay was very easy going and without any issue!

Great little place!

Perfect for what we were looking for. We were staying the night before leaving on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Great location with short 20 minute ride to the port. An adorable little place with many thoughtful touches in a quiet neighborhood. Great communication from the host. We would definitely stay again.

Quaint and clean

Worked for us as we needed to cook our own meals ,its a little small but the screen porch makes the space bigger per se ,wish there was tv out there

Secluded custom detached studio/suite barn conversion.

Fun private little quiet spot with easy access to I95. Excellent attention to detail.

Clean and comfortable

Everything was so nice and clean. Countless amenities and all the little extras. The tiny toothpaste was too cute! I hope we will have an opportunity to return.

I was really impress with the property and the building it was really cozzy and relaxing i loved that they provided bikes amd other gear if you wanted to go to the beach near by or go.for a bike ride.very polite and well managed

The red barn was the perfect spot for us. We were traveling for business and added in some vacation time. This location is close enough to everything we wanted to do while being private and off the beaten trail. I loved the full kitchen and cold AC. The screened in porch made it feel like twice the space. We were off most of the time but loved having this convenient home base. They had every amenity including nail polish remover which is the one thing I forgot and thought I’d have to pick up! It felt private even though we were basically in the owners back yard. Communication was quick too, like immediate which I appreciate. It was the perfect size for 2.

Quite and peaceful

One of the best stays. This place may seem small but it includes more extras than a 5star hotel. From complementary waters and snacks to Wifi and Full TV options along with everything you would need for an extended stay with full refrigerator and cooking appliances. If you are lucky you will be greeted by the watchful eye a a friendly owl and birds that will sing you a welcome song. Cozy screened in porch with complementary coolers and beach items to use. The hosts are attentive with a welcome text and provide full privacy. Even provide great recommendations for near buy restaurants and attractions.

Excellent choice

We were there only for a few days. It was exactly what we needed. It was brand new build you could tell. Everything was clean and tidy. We were not able to get on the internet (our own fault). We called Ricardo and it was about 10 o'clock that night and he quickly responded. He explained every step and we figured out what we were doing wrong. He let us know if there was anything we needed please contact him. About the second day he came over and was a very pleasant man. We really enjoyed our conversation with him. I would recommend this place over and over. We will probably stay there again soon.

Tolles Studio in ruhiger Lage. sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Mit Goodies wie Snacks, Wasser und Bad-Artikeln. Ich war rundherum zufrieden und würde wieder dort buchen.
