It was convenient for us to stay there the night before our cruise. It was very clean and it was great for a one-night stay prior to the cruise. The price was very affordable, less than a hotel room but more space. We would stay again. Good enough

We just needed a night before our cruise left the next day. My wife and I were cruising with our 10-year-old and this fit our needs perfect. Our 10-year-old slept on the futon with no issues and it was within 10 minutes of the cruise terminal.

What a great place, good and quiet neighborhood. About 20 minutes from the space coast ball fields. Which was great for us. I wouldn't change anything about it. Had everything we needed for the few days stay.

It was so cute, comfy, clean and you can tell this property is well loved and cared for by the owners. There was an ant issue, but that happens sometimes and it’s not a big deal. The ceiling fans were a little noisy, as well. But again…. Very minimal inconvenience. The bed was sooooo comfy!

Very clean unit, smelled very inviting, the bed almost made into the back of my car it was so comfortable. Close to restaurant, shopping, beach areas are near by however we did not visit. Would rent again without hesitation

Jessica was an amazing host. Really easy to work with and very accommodating. Unit is in a nice quiet neighborhood. For our needs it was the perfect place to stay. Will definitely book here again.

This was a remarkable property at which to stay, It was clean and comfortable in a nice neighborhood close to food, shopping and attractions. I was in town on business and it was ideal for my needs. The only suggestion I have would be that the property would benefit from a comfortable relaxing chair. Other than that, it’s perfect and I will stay there again!

Great place to stay for one or two travelers who don’t like the hotel scene. Centrally located in Merritt Island close to Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Clean, cozy and quiet. Would stay again!
