We have stayed at other houses in this community before and this was the most comfortable, by far. Great layout, well stocked, nice upgraded linens and soaps. These little things go a long way to elevate the experience. Thank you for a great stay!

A wonderful stay! The house was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. Be aware that there is no dining room table or kitchen table (I should have paid attention to the pictures!) so during a rainy weekend when we couldn’t eat outside, our family of 6 has to spit up during every meal - 3 at the kitchen island on stools and the rest at the bar-height counter. We made it work but it wasn’t ideal, this would be my main negative for this property. The water pressure @showers is awesome! And the bath products are great and a nice touch. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place to stay at. They thought of everything. Very well stocked. The only recommendations would be tv in bedrooms. Seating in shower. The beds were a little too soft for me. But other than that the house was in a beautiful location.

Family Vacation

This home was ideal for a family getaway. The game room provided a fun addition to our stay, and the close proximity to several pools was a major advantage.

Very clean - slept 8 adults and 8 small children very comfortably- the garage arcade was a huge hit!

The house was very clean, stocked with necessities and location was great. I have nothing bad to say about the rental or the customer service - all above expectations. With all reviews, I like to leave some suggestions or clarity for anyone looking to rent. Great house but a little expensive once VRBO takes their share. There is parking on both sides of the street, but I was not allowed to park a small boat on it apparently per the HOA. The pool is nice, but note it’s for all residents in that community - more like a community pool. I also want to leave on a good note. My daughter couldn’t find her ring after we left and CJ at Art Coastal had the cleaning crew look for it. I do appreciate that!

Great place for a family get-away!

We were blown away by how great this property is, how communicative the management service was, and how they thought of everything you could need! (Seriously—read the description/documents, there is SO much you don’t need to pack!) It’s a beautiful place, perfectly sized for a multi-generation get together, and clear they set the place up with families (kids) in mind (crib in closet, plastic bowls/kid size utensils in addition to the adult nicer ones, etc). Just when I thought I couldn’t love the place more, I opened the garage door! (Let’s just say, lots of things for kids of all ages to do!) Thanks for making our trip so perfect!

4 th of July week

Overall, the house was great and well equipped. There was no back yard ( or front yard ) for my grandchildren to play in. I don’t believe I would have chosen this house had I known there wasn’t a yard. We had no idea how to work the thermostat, maybe a short tutorial would be beneficial. I think the location was great for the pools, but not the beaches. Having said this, we had a wonderful week in South Haven !

Although there is not a large front or back yard, the home has a great game room equipped with Pop Shot and NBA Jam. Manor on Meadow is also only a 3-minute drive away from the beaches! However, its biggest perk is being a part of the Harbor Club Community, so you have access to both an indoor and outdoor pool! We also provide custom Guidebooks for all of our properties that include everything from how to use the thermostat to recommendations for dining out. We look forward to hosting you again soon!
