Amazing Stay at Gulf Coast Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is in a beautiful and quiet location. It was great for the boat as there was only a very short ride to get out to the gulf. The house is spacious for a bigger group. It was everything you could ask for on a relaxing vacation. I highly recommend.

The property had everything to make your vacation memorable! We had one problem upon arrival and we contacted the host and they had a new replacement item delivered to the home in two hours. They did everything possible to make our stay special! We look forward to our next visit!

Great family gathering spot

Beautifully appointed waterfront home with plenty of room for family members to relax. Pool and game room was great for the children (of any age) and the clean spacious kitchen made meal times enjoyable.

Beautiful house, great location! Bring supplies like paper towels, trash bags, and anything you need to cook. The neighbor is not friendly.

Samantha took great care of the property during their stay. Friendly and responsive from start to finish. Hope to host again soon! For my future guests, I have reached out to Samantha to get more info on her stay as these items were not mentioned however we do leave a starter amount of anything that is used up such as trash bags, paper towels, etc. I hope to hear back from her soon so I find out more about the neighbor too.

Comfortable home, great location

House worked well for our Friendcation. Direct access to the water was super nice, kids loved the pool and game room. Adults loved the kitchen, social spaces and access to surrounding areas.

Family stay

Great place to stay with multi generations. Beautiful set up on canal with summer kitchen and more than enough room for large group. Would definitely pcome back!

Overall the place was nice. I would rent again. There were a few problem the house had some light switches that wasn't working. But it looked to be under construction on the bottom floor. Just a recommendation if you had a bathroom down stairs it would help with kids needing to use while swimming. The kids had a blast swimming and fishing , kayaking and playing in the game room .

Thank you for the feedback. We used to have a bathroom downstairs, but unfortunately the county made us pull it out due to the previous owner putting in an unpermitted bathroom. We can not have a bathroom on the first floor due to flood threats.

Family Vacay!

Relaxing vacation

Visited from TN. Check in and out process was a breeze and communication with the host was very responsive and timely. Highly recommend!

The property was stunning and the pictures did not do it justice. The house was clean and spacious with lots of activities to do. It fit our entire family very comfortably. The host was very kind and responsive. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Family trip

Another beautiful family vacation at this gorgeous home! This year a Massage Chair was added to the home along with a sauna. We also rented a pontoon which we had right there at the house for our convenience. Thank you again for a wonderful time!

Easy Breezy Stay!

House was clean and ready for us! The host was very communicative and put our mind at ease. Loved the pool, and spacious living areas. The sunsets on the balcony were incredible.

Relaxing

This house had everything and more that helped our family have a relaxing carefree vacation. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and the fur babies. The fenced in yard was so worry free from pets running away. Will definitely be back and stay longer.

We’re a family of 4 and our children are ages 6 and 16. We had a great time at the house. It has something for everyone. The pool is great, the views are amazing, the fishing was fun, the game room downstairs is awesome, the host, Alan, was super responsive, the communication was great and the check in/out was so easy. We had a few small issues that were promptly resolved. We can’t wait to stay here again. It’s a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. My youngest cried when we left- that’s how much she loved it. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Paradise

We loved this house! Spacious for the 8 of us staying there. My kids loved the games downstairs and the TV nook area. So relaxing to sit on the porch in the morning with my book and coffee. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Spacious Haven for Memorable Holiday Escapes

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday stay at the house from December 24th to January 3rd. The spacious accommodation comfortably housed our group of 13, providing all the amenities needed for a festive and restful break. The house's well-equipped interior made it easy to celebrate the holidays, while the convenient location near various stores and activities added to the overall positive experience. Our stay was truly delightful, and we highly recommend this welcoming home for a memorable holiday retreat.

We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for a vacation.

Gulf Coast Getaway Vacation home was great. Super location, great amenities, clean, good furniture and well stocked with all the needed supplies. Close to all stores but in a quiet neighbor hood. The indoor spaces were big enough where all 12 of us could sit and chat with each other. The screened in porch kept out the bugs and was a nice big space where we also could sit together. We had a great time and give it 5 stars. Harry Barbin

Great trip

Great time! Beautiful property. Hot water went out and was taken care of immediately! Can’t help when a machine fails!

Overall a very good stay for our large family! There was plenty of room in the house, lots of beds and rooms for us all to have privacy when we wanted it. The beds were comfortable, lots of seating out by the beautiful pool, we spent a lot of time out on the porch enjoying the view! My kids enjoyed the downstairs basement area with games and a tv. The host was helpful and the house was pretty clean. One thing that should definitely be addressed though is there was no curtain or window covering in the children’s bunk room, which was concerning for us for not only privacy for the kids but it also let in a lot of light in the morning. We used a towel as a makeshift cover but this should definitely be addressed. Also the A/C in the top floor was not cooling so it was pretty hot at night. Some other minor things- there were dirty pans and some dishes, no cleaning supplies like wipes or counter spray for cleaning messes. Overall, we would recommend & enjoyed our stay and it was very relaxing!

Donna stayed with us for four nights and left the home in perfect condition. She was communicative, respectful, and a pleasure to host. I also want to thank Donna for the feedback regarding the window in the bunk room. We’re going to add some type of treatment to cover the window, which is a great idea. It’s a smaller window on the second floor, so privacy isn’t really an issue, but adding something to block the light makes perfect sense. I’ll also be speaking with my cleaner about the pots and pans and making sure they are checked and in good condition between guests. Lastly, I already have my AC technician scheduled to come out and take a look at the top-floor AC to see what’s going on. Thank you again, Donna, for the helpful feedback and for taking such great care of our home!

We had a great week!

The house was as advertised. My husband fished off the dock each day. We rented a pontoon boat and anchored out in the gulf for a lovely afternoon then dropped everyone off on the dock at the house. The pool was warm and clean. Literally our only complaint is not enough bath towels for 9 adults for the week.

Great place to stay!

Excellent place to book for a stay. The location was great and the house was exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and we were able to get everything we needed close by. I also brought my boat and the channel in the community and out to the gulf was very easy to navigate with plenty of depth for a 27’ center console. I’d recommend bringing another hose if docking a boat as the one there wasn’t long enough to reach the end of the dock. Overall great place and I’d definitely consider it again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a peaceful, relaxing stay at this lovely home. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything anyone could need. The pool was really nice as well and the gentleman who comes to maintain it is super friendly. The neighbours are also quite nice. We pretty much ate out for dinner every night, lots of fun Tiki Bars, we liked the lazy lizard the best though. We also used the kayaks a few times, they were fun to have. Alan is a great host and was very responsive whenever we had a question. I would recommend this home to anyone, we hope to visit again someday.
