4 tiered deck and dock, large screened area with refrigerator& freezer, living and dining area. Deep water canal & large waterfront dock for kayaking, fishing & swimming. Also a large firepit area. Upstairs in the main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a small screened in porch.
Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are an absolute delight for teenagers and older. It has a separate entrance from the exterior. You must go outside and upstairs to access main house from downstairs bedroom. Connected to the 4th bedroom is the ground floor screened in porch area. Plenty of dining area and a sitting area. Full size refrigerator and medium size freezer. Perfect area to dine, play games , and relax. Or enjoy drinks around the boat bar while the burgers are on the grill!
Enjoy giant Connect 4, Ladder Toss, and there’s a sand volleyball court. Water fountain & lights go on nightly. Manatees, fish, and turtles are in the canal!

Loved it!

We loved the house. There was 7 adults and it had enough room for everyone. It came well equipped with everything. We loved sitting outdoor by the fire every night. We ended up just staying and kayaking in Weeki Wachee. We found manatees every day. Manatees came in front of the house as well. The only suggestion I could think of is the ramp to the boat dock is dangerous. But that doesn’t do anything to impact our thoughts on the house. It’s AMAZING!!!!

Warm Lodging during a cold weather stay

Although the weather was unseasonably cold, the homeowner, Andrea, definitely made us feel warm and welcomed. Communication was great. The house has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. We were able to bundle up and use the supplied kayaks to travel down to "hospital hole" on the Weeki Wachee river. It was about a 15 minute paddle from where the home is located. It was a completely magical experience to see twenty or more manatees up close in their natural environment. Once you reach the river, the cold weather is much more tolerable. The river is a constant 72 degrees year-round. It was surreal and magical to see the river steaming as we traveled over it. We made great use of the fire pit and stuffed ourselves full of smores. The deck area was one of our favorite places on the property. It was lovely drinking our morning coffee (a bit bundled up!) by the water as the sun was coming up. Overall, this was a lovely house in an incredible area. We all would love to come back for another stay.

Great place!

The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We had plenty of room for 10 people and didn't feel cramped or on top of each other. Having the kayaks and direct access to the canal and Weeki Wachee river was a huge bonus. We even saw a couple manatees on the river just outside the canal. We did have trouble with our entry code one day but Andrea replied and had it fixed within 10-15 minutes. This was a great place and we'd be happy to stay here again sometime!

Fun on the weeki wachi

We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. Super comfy, lots of great living and sleeping spaces, wonderfully appointed. We cooked, played cards, volleyball, watched movies, paddled for miles on the river, and had cozy campfires. Perfect for our two families with teenagers. Great communication with our host.

HAD A WONDERFUL STAY

Everything about this property is A-1 quality. Andrea, the host, saw to it that we had everything we could possibly need. We felt welcome immediately with all the little amenities we found awaiting us. We couldn't find a volley ball (we arrived shortly after a hurricane) and Andrea had one delivered the next day. This is an excellent place to stay. We loved it!

AMAZING! BOOK NOW!

We had such an amazing staycation here. The house was perfect, very clean, comfortable beds, and stocked with everything you need. We had 6, 16 year old boys and two adults. The downstairs are was perfect to give the boys their privacy and independence. The bed room with beds is so fun for a group of kids and downstairs has a fridge, microwave and freezer making it so nice for the kids to snack, get drinks, and eat popsicles whenever they wanted instead of coming upstairs. We served them all their meals downstairs as well because they have a very large table. There are plenty of fans to keep you nice and cool. The pictures online just don't do it justice. It's perfect. The owner was very quick with communicating anytime I had any questions and the check in / check out process was a breeze. We loved it!

Weeki Wachee Vacay

We had the best time at Andrea's place for our week long vacation. The photos do not do the house justice and had everything we could possibly need. The entire place was beautiful and very clean! The house accommodated all of our friends and family from adults to babies. The downstairs portion was awesome for cooking and hanging out and the deck was very spacious. We saw several manatees during our stay. Could not have picked a better place for our Weeki Wachee vacation! Andrea was quick to respond to any question or need we had. Great host!

Wonderful space

Our group had an amazing time at this rental! There was plenty of space for a large family and the kids loved playing in the water. The beds were very comfortable and we spent most our time in the downstairs large screened in area. We would definitley rent again!

Perfect river stay

The house was amazing. It was clean, updated, and had everything that we needed. We had 6 kids with us. They loved the volleyball net, all the games, kayaking, and swimming right off the dock. We say dolphins and manatees all weekend! It was really neat. We also loved having the down stairs detached for our older kids. It was nice to have a little quiet upstairs. We will definitely be returning. We absolutely loved it here.

Stay and PLAY!

This property is awesome! You know when a place looks great in the pictures and then when you arrive, it doesn’t live up to your expectations? Well, this home is more than I expected! You will NOT be disappointed!! Comfortable space for 8-10 adults. The only issue is the deck gets really hot from the sun, so no bare feet. We moved the umbrellas to cover as much of the deck as we could. Other than that, we had a blast enjoying the river seeing manatee’s, fish and turtles!

Great house with everything you need

This house checks all the marks when traveling to Weeki Wachee. We have stayed here twice and feel the house is well suited for all age groups and the downstairs screen in area is an added bonus. We will be back.

Amazing getaway

This property is beautiful, clean and stocked with everything you need. The owner is ver responsive. This was a great, relaxing girls’ trip with plenty of beds and wonderful outdoor space.

Above expectations!

The house was perfect for our family of 8. Age ranges 55-5 years. It was very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The out door living areas were perfect for the little ones to play in the water and fish. Due to the property being located at the end of the canal there was not a lot of boat/kayak traffics to worry about with the kids swimming. Saw multiple manatees come through the canal in front of the dock. Downstairs area was perfect for evening cards and games with the kids. Grilling area is awesome for my son and I to hang grill and play cornhole. Everything worked out perfectly for us and we plan to come back as soon as possible.

AMAZING

The property was amazing! I can’t think of one thing that we wish it had! It was beautiful, cozy and comfortable! The host, Andrea, was so friendly and easy to communicate with during our stay! She answered any questions we had and gave us some recommendations when we asked! We saw manatees everyday we were there - 2 days right off the dock and the other days while we were kayaking/paddle boarding! It was a magical spring break for all of us!

Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our 2 family vacation, it was comfortable and had plenty of room for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the house and all the activities from kayaking on the river to playing volleyball. Andrea was a great host and her communication was amazing. She answered questions quickly and gave great recommendations for local adventures. Truly an amazing vacation!

Amazing property

This River house is wonderful. It has just about everything you would want for a stay on the river. Really cool outdoor spaces and a great layout. The property owner was very quick to respond. We have stayed at plenty of rentals and this one is right there at the top. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Fantastic Spring Break Getaway

Outdoor area was beautiful with plenty of lighting for our after dark arrival. Many amenities throughout the property, well equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, lap blankets for the cooler evening, gas grill for cooking out, plenty of seating for larger groups. Many activities to entertain all age groups. Would highly recommend and will most likely return!

Absolutely Brilliant! BOOK IT!

We felt at home from the minute we pulled into the driveway and our kiddos are begging to go back! We had the good fortune of staying at this amazing property during a patch of unfortunate weather. We were sad not to be able to take full advantage of the delightful amenities outdoors, but we were so happy we booked the place because the indoor spaces were fantastic! We were a party of eight and we had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy. Loved every minute, everything we needed was right there where we needed it! One of the best experiences we’ve ever had with a rental property. Amazing communication prior to arrival and we were just delighted with the experience all around. Particularly loved the use of kayaks (still used them in the pouring rain) and although we used our own life jackets, we really appreciated that they had them on hand. We were basically ready to move in and can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Amazing

The host was very responsive and helpful. The house was spectacular, the pictures really can’t do this place justice. My family had the best time here and we really had no troubles. We even saw 4 manatees! This is such a great place for an escape.
