The fully modernized home is absolutely lovely, and we appreciated all the attractive design details throughout. Parking is plentiful and convenient. The sunrise over the water is amazing! The pool is enchanting when illuminated at night, and the tiki bar offers a fun vibe. We had a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we'd happily return to this VRBO.

Wonderful home and loved the deep pool end we never had a deep ended pool and it was perfect, host was great at communicating and we had a marvelous time with the open floor plan with our five grandchildren and their parents

Wonderful family Vacation

The home was just as described, clean, excellent condition & enough room for our family of 10. Our Host was wonderful to work with, we had one little issue with the boat dock railing, they were there immediately to fix the issue. One of our family members uses a wheelchair, the home was perfect for their needs. Definitely will rent from this host in the future.

The house was very clean. The layout was great with 3 bedrooms on one side of the house and 1 bedroom on the other side of the house. The 3 bathrooms were set up perfect with 2 in both master bedrooms and the other in the middle of 2 bedrooms. The living room was large with plenty of places to sit. The large dining room table worked out great. The kitchen was large and plenty of counter space. The outside pool and dock area was where we spent most of the time. It was set up with plenty of seating and even an outdoor bar. My only suggestion would be to have curtains or blinds on the front door, both sliding glass doors leading out to the pool and the kitchen windows as there weren’t any. Overall it was a great vacation.

What a fabulous home! Check in was smooth and uncomplicated. Host was very gracious and communication was personalized with quick turnarounds. They went the extra mile when I needed a small appliance--it was delivered the next day. Cant wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was amazing and was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing week away.The pool and outdoor area were definitely a highlight. We spent a ton of time swimming, relaxing, and just enjoying the Florida weather. The location was also perfect for everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the nearby beaches, rented a boat and explored the Hernando Beach area, and spent a day floating the beautiful Weeki Wachee River.Hernando Beach completely won us over. It has such a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere while still being close to plenty of things to see and do. Coming back to this house at the end of each day made the trip even better.The owners were wonderful to work with and provided a beautiful home for our family to enjoy. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay.Five stars without hesitation! We made some great family memories here, fell in love with Hernando Beach, and will most definitely be back. Thank you for the hospitality and for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Bright and Airy Relaxation

With an interior that looks brand new, this property is open, airy and spacious. With 4 bedrooms, 2 en-suite, and no bunks, it’s the perfect place for a group of adults! The bright kitchen is airy and bright and with the opening to the covered lanai with pool, seating and tiki bar right there, it made relaxing a breeze. Kayak right off the dock, grill a great meal, and watch dolphins frolicking in the canal! This well equipped home should be your next destination. Alan was responsive to questions, and overall, this was a great property.

Great Vacation

The house was nice and clean and had plenty of space for our large party plus pets. We brought our boat and were able to tie up to the dock with no problems and the gulf is a very short boat ride through the canals so it made fishing/scalloping/sand barring so easy! At first I was unsure of what the parking situation would be when we booked the house, but once we arrived I was pleasantly surprised and the driveway was huge! We were able to fit our boat trailer and 3 large vehicles in the driveway with plenty of room for a few more cars. Thank you for helping us have a fun yet relaxing vacation!

This property was just as advertised Very clean and beautiful didn’t want for anything Paid the extra for a golf cart and glad we did took it to restaurants ,the store and just riding around.We definitely made use of the pool
