Walking distance to both downtown and the boat harbor. This property has a front facing view to Mt. Marathon and is directly across the street from the Seward's historical "Millionaires' Row". Beautiful View of Resurrection Bay to the east.

Met our needs while in Seward

Had what we needed for our vacation stay. Would have liked a few rugs throughout the place to soften the echoes and warm the floors. Other than that, place was extremely clean and perfectly located. Within walking distance to everything and had covered parking.

We saw glaciers, whales, and sea otters!

This property is a minimalist dream, clean lines. You can see the mountains from every window in the house. We were in Seward to see glaciers and Marine animals, check. We saw orca and humpback whales. At one point there were a group of humpback whales bubble net feeding. It was amazing!

Great location, great stay!

House was perfect for our group! Great location close to town, the house was extremely clean , well stocked and the 3 bedrooms were exactly what we needed for our multi generational group of 5. All loved the house and the added bonus of the board games gave us something to do on a rainy day.

New, Clean and Accommodating!!

Beautiful new build, well done and super clean. Owners have impeccable attention to details with comfy bedding, everything well stocked and tons of extras to make it feel like home!! Hand soaps, tissues, plenty of towels, kitchen well stocked with everything you might need. Super close to shuttle stop that will take you a circle around the town. Great coffee shop a few blocks down. Have dinner at Highlander Cafe while you are there! Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay!

Great location in downtown! Everything clean and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the wonderful home and toured Kenai Fiords, Seavey’s Ididaride Dog Sled and Exit Glacier while we stayed. Short walk to Sealift Center. Highly recommend this home!!

Wonderful cozy house!

Our stay was lovely from start to finish. Heather and John's house is squeaky clean, new and cozy. It's close to the center and downtown and importantly the lovely coffee shop located in the old church. While much was closed for the winter, the kitchen was well perfect for our meals and holiday celebration. Upon arrival we found a lovely holiday centerpiece on the dining room table and poinsettia in the living room. Such a nice touch! And of course there's the amazing view of the mountains from the dining area and deck as well as from most bedrooms. Spectacular! We highly recommend this property and hope to return some day soon.

Absolutely fabulous!

The home and hosts were wonderful!! The house was extremely comfortable for all 6 of us. The hosts had small touches that made a big difference. From soap, shampoo and conditioner, laundry, and plenty of hooks for all of our jackets, hats, and towels. We will only stay here if we ever make it back to Seward. Thank you so much!

Great location.

Beautiful property with the best view of Mt Marathon. Had all the necessities needed for our stay. All of Seward is within walking distance. Definitely would book this again.

Seward was great!

Great location in downtown Seward! Able to walk to everything. The house was perfect…comfortable and clean. TV required a little work to watch the olympics but otherwise fantastic!

Lovely property and great location

Our family had a blast during our stay in Seward! Property is super clean, plenty of room, and a great location. We had other family come over for gatherings during the day (11 of us total). We ate together, the kids played games inside/outside, and the whole family participated in putting a puzzle together. Laundry access was a bonus! Definitely would stay at this property again. Owners were very responsive. The twin house next door would be excellent for large families to be together.

EXCELLENT LOCATION

New home and all the amenties you could wish for in a vacation home! We traveled to Seward in a large multi-generational family group and we ended up renting this home and it's twin home next door. Perfect location to downtown Seward and the bay! Property manager very easy to deal with and helpful! Highly recommend this property!

The house was loaded with spaces that fit our needs.

Very clean, and loaded with extras such as a washer/dryer, dishwasher, large fridge, gas grill and gas range. The built out basement made a great landing place for wet shoes and rain gear. We'll be back!

New and clean

Nice and accommodating floor plan, great location. Only negative was the Apple TV. We would have preferred some type of cable or Satellite TV with more free channels. But if you are a movie person, lots of movies available on Netflix. Owner was very helpful and recommended two awesome restaurants, The Cookery and Woody's Thai Restaurant.

Seward Family trip

Wonderful stay! Minutes walk from great restaurants, the waterfront and the kayak outfit we used and a quick drive to the Safeway and Harding Icefield (great hike btw!). The property was very clean and had all the kitchen utensils needed. Alaska has been unusually warm lately and a fan per room in the upstairs would have been the cherry on top. Overall, GREAT place to stay and would definitely book again!

Ideal home base in Seward

The home is ideally located in the center of town, very clean, and nicely updated. Heather was very accommodating and made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Seward!
