Top Floor Private Villa Close to Everything Amenity Cards Available

Peaceful Island living at its best. Located just a short bike ride or walk to the Seabrook Island Club and beach, this two bedroom top floor villa is situated on a quiet street yet central to all. Guests love this two bedroom two bath villa. The living area with vaulted ceiling has sliding doors that lead to a private balcony and garden views. Inside the villa, a large dining table is ideal for ordering in. A fully stocked galley kitchen has all you will need for cooking and serveware.

The master bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, closet, and TV and ensuite bathroom.

The queen bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, TV, high ceilings, abundant natural light and balcony access.

An additional full bathroom with shower is located off the living room area. A washer and dryer are located in the unit for the convenience of our guests.

Experience the privacy and luxury of Seabrook's wide, pristine beaches located just minutes away within biking distance. Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club are available. These cards give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor Lakehouse pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).

Visit Bohicket Marina or Freshfields Village for shopping, dining, or grocery shopping. On nearby Kiawah Island, you will find world class dining at the Sanctuary, public golf courses, tennis, and Beachwalker County Park. All this conveniently located just 23 miles from the beautiful, historic city of Charleston.

CANCELLATION POLICY: 30 days or more before check in free cancellation

LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. The property does not supply beach towels.

WASHER & DRYER: For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located inside the property. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.

COFFEE MAKER: Single Serve & Carafe Coffee Maker on site. (BYO ground coffee for carafe).

AMENITY CARDS: Seabrook Island Amenity Cards ARE available for $50 a day for your party. Guests also always have access to the outdoor Lake House pool, the vast beaches, the Equestrian Center, crab docks, volleyball and basketball courts. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone.

ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes. Gate passes are $45 per vehicle. The $45 charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, charges vary. LSV vehicles (low speed golf carts) are unfortunately prohibited at the villa complex. THIS PROPERTY IS ALLOWED 2 GATE PASSES.

CHECK IN: We, at Sandpiper, provide a self-check-in for your convenience via a keypad or lockbox at the property, but we are always available to provide as much assistance as you need. We are on the island and always just a text or call away.

CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: While there are many properties on the island to book, booking a Sandpiper property means continual service and support before, during, and after your stay. This property is proudly managed by our family-owned, local business. We, at Sandpiper, are located on the island, are licensed, insured, and family operated. With a standard for your stay of what we would for our own vacation, offer guests continuous, attentive service during the reservation process and throughout your time here. LONG-TERM RENTALS: This property is open to winter monthly rentals and long-term rentals. Please contact us for discounted monthly rental rates.

DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE: In understanding that accidents may happen, all guests must pay a non-refundable fee of $69 for $1500 coverage in Damage Protection Insurance. Should you wish to secure travel protection insurance, Allianz travel offers protection.

IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.

POLICY ON SMOKING: Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages. Please no smoking or vaping inside or at the property.
