Wonderful stay right on the beach! The host was awesome. Folly Beach is beautiful. The main road was under construction but traffic still moved smoothly.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect and the property was perfectly as described. We want to make it an annual trip to the same rental! 10/10 would recommend!

Nice basic little old school unit. Owner was super responsive and forgiving of our less-than-perfect checkout condition ( we had an emergency exit and also couldn’t find the checkout procedure binder). Plenty of linens, good pillows, TP etc. Well stocked cookware. The little details like that went a long way. The only complaint for us was the muddy yard which is the parking lot/entrance. The unit was spotless until we went inside! Impossible to control tracking the sand/mud. A few pavers would mitigate that issue. Thanks Diane !

Great place. Location is wonderful, footsteps away from beach and a quick from shopping and restaurants. Clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay here. It was just as wonderful as the first time. The house is clean, very accommodating, well stocked and in the perfect location. The beach was steps away, Center St just blocks away. Couldn't ask for anything more! We'll definitely be back!!

Folly Beach

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is just a few steps from the beach entrance and walking distance to the main street in town. Fun area, great eats and relaxing beach!

Enjoyed our stay

Excellent location! Pretty much everything we needed in the kitchen. The apartment was great. Plenty of room for four adults. Appreciated the laundry facilities.

This property was perfect for my daughter grandson and myself. It was an easy walk to the beach for the toddler. It was clean and communication was great. Highly recommend.

Perfect Location

As frequent Folly Beach visitors I can honestly say this place was the BEST! The host/hostess were wonderful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and spacious. The location was perfect. Being at the beach access and just a short walk to everything in town was all we wanted. I know we'll be back!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed staying here! It was very clean and conveniently located to the beach and shopping and entertainment! We also had the pleasure of meeting the owner Lynn who was extremely kind and welcoming! We will be back!

Conference in Charleston, great location

Lovely and quaint apartment. Easy to book and easy to communicate with the owners. Wonderful beach access right across the road. Easy commute to downtown Charleston. We hope to come back and stay. Highly recommend!

Location. Location. Location

Quant, clean and cozy 2 bedroom close to everything. Beach is a 2 minute walk. Downtown is a 5 minute walk. Great price right in the heart of Folly Beach.

PERFECT Location!

You can’t get any closer than right across the street from the beach. Close enough to walk to everything in town and on the pier, but far enough away from the car and foot traffic. The home was exactly as described and very cozy, comfortable, and clean! Appreciated the full kitchen so we didn’t have to go out to eat all the time and the In home laundry. Trying to figure out when I can return To Folly Beach and stay here again.

Dianne was great to work with. We had a small lighting issue and she had it resolved very quickly. She came out herself to assess it. The book in the house was a great tool with everything. Captain Michael took us out to Morris Island and we had a great time. We will definitely be back to stay here again. The beach access was right across the street. We walked to downtown for dinner every night.
