Spacious, well-maintained condo with oceanview! This charming condo has hardwood floors throughout, except the bathroom which has 12" ceramic tile floor. The family room has a 55” TV and glass French doors leading to a large covered deck, overlooking the ocean! The bedroom features walk-in closet and another large TV. Although you may want to walk and enjoy the many restaurants in downtown Folly, if you decide to cook, the condo is equipped with a full kitchen and an electric outdoor grill.

Free high speed internet is available in the condo for all of our guests.

This condo is located in the Blue Heron Inn, a house with only 4 units. When we purchased this condo, the features which sold us on it are: ocean view, walk to downtown , and the condition of the unit. We hope your stay here is as memorable as ours! We are very conscientious about the cleanliness and decor......we hope you enjoy! Feel free to call if you have any questions. FYI, Folly Beach passed a new law in 2023 that the minimum # of nights is 3. Also, I typically rent my condo by the week during the warmer months, Saturday to Saturday. However, I go myself for partial weeks which does open a few opportunities for someone to rent the remainder of week 😊

Winter Break

Location was accurate and clean. It was a very slow time of year which was expected. Upstairs unit had a large group which was at times disruptive.

Short getaway

Stayed Nov 7-10 2024. Great location! Sitting on the porch and watching the waves of the ocean was priceless. Chico Feo restaurant and bar is by far the best find for us and steps away! BEST Cuban sandwich we have ever had! We drove into Charleston for 1/2 day to eat and shop but Folley Beach is our favorite spot! Would stay here again and again.

Fantastic Folly

This is a wonderful home away from home! As someone visiting Folly without a car, this location was superb. I could walk to Bert’s Deli and any restaurant in town easily. The beach is directly across the street and the provided beach chairs were a bonus. The porch was my favorite place when not on the beach. I am already hoping I can return here next year.,

Great Location

My wife and I stayed here and thoroughly enjoyed the convenient location. We did decide to leave a day early for fear of coastal flooding due to Hurricane Milton. The beach is very walkable and the restaurants were great!

Fall beach trip

This was our 3rd stay. Close to center st and Bert’s is on the corner. Can sit on porch with a view of ocean. House well equipped and very clean.

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was absolutely perfect! Super clean, comfy queen bed, everything we needed!! The beach was right across a small street. The balcony was perfect to sit and watch the ocean! So relaxing! The air conditioning malfunctioned and Pam was easy to contact and had it fixed within hours! We would love to come back and stay agai !!

Perfect location

This is really a great property. Love the front covered porch and location. Pam answered my questions quickly and was so easy to work with. Everything you need is available. My only suggestion might be for a queen/king instead of a full size.

Another great Folly vacation!

This was our fourth year staying in Pam's condo. It fits our needs perfectly. Close to the beach, Bert's, and several restaurants. The condo is well equipped and always clean and bright. Hope to return next year!

Perfect anniversary trip

Perfect Beach Location

We absolutely loved our stay at this property and in Folly Beach. The property was perfect for two of us. We spent most of our time on the balcony. Great spot for people watching plus you can see and hear the ocean. Our favorite restaurant was steps away as was the best convenience store. We look forward to coming back.

A little slice of heaven!

The condo is situated just across the street from the beach which gives you the perfect view of the ocean from the porch - this was our favorite spot and we spent many hours in the afternoons just taking it all in. It’s one block from Center St. where everything happens in Folly Beach - extremely walkable and love that there’s a private parking space allowing you to avoid spotty parking. A stocked kitchen has everything you need to make a meal! We will be back!

Fun Folly Beach stay

Celebrated our daughters graduation with a quick trip to Charleston. This was in a great location, across the street from the beach, and within walking distance to anything you needed. Loved the vibe the area has.

Spring Break Getaway

This was our first stay on Folly Beach. We loved the location of the condo. It’s within walking distance to town and many of the shops and restaurants. The beach is literally across the street and you have great views from the back porch. The condo had everything we needed and was just perfect for my husband and I. We can not wait to go back!

I live in Atlanta, GA (born and raised) and going to the beach has always been my favorite get-away! I had never heard of Folly Beach until my sister, who lives in Charleston, suggested I check it out one day while I was visiting her. That one day at the beach had me hooked on the quaint little island! I am blessed to own my little “Slice of Heaven” there!
