We enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony and the cool air getting away from the heat of the summer. Close to hiking near grandfather Mountain.

The mountain view on the deck was gorgeous! It was very clean and way more spacious than I expected. I would definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway.

Overall, the property met expectations. The kitchen was updated, except for the damaged formica countertops. The fireplace was terrific, but we were disappointed the jacuzzi jets were out of order. The view was terrific, but obstructed by trees, not as pictured. The kitchen was well equipped, but we had to supply our own bath soap and t.p. Minor inconveniences. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and hope to return to the area next year.

We’re glad you enjoyed the updated kitchen, fireplace, view, and overall stay, and we’d be happy to welcome you back to the area next year! We’re also happy to share that the jacuzzi has now been repaired, including a replacement pump, so the jets are working again. Regarding the trees, they are managed by the HOA, so unfortunately we can’t remove them ourselves. We had already submitted a request to the HOA, and we’re pleased that they recently took care of the trees, which has improved the view. We appreciate you mentioning the small inconveniences as well and will continue working to make the experience as comfortable as possible for our guests. Thank you again, and we hope to see you next year!

Our mini honeymoon

We really hoped the tub Jacuzzi worked and the fireplace. The view was lovely. The fan in bedroom only works on high, uncomfortable.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the issues with the Jacuzzi and fireplace. We've inspected the Jacuzzi and will provide clearer instructions, and we've fixed the bedroom fan. The fireplace has been replaced with a brand new one. We hope you still enjoyed the view and look forward to welcoming you back for a seamless stay.

Great place photos are accurate inside but not on the outside place needed a little pressure washing. amazing view. easy to work fireplace. very clean. no soundproofing so upstairs neighbors were loud could hear every time they walked or flushed the toliet. overall good though!

Good place to stay to ski Sugar!

Pros: pet friendly, clean, fun 1970’s vibe, good communication, snacks, water and coffee included Cons: We arrived after dark and steps were iced over. It looked like someone attempted to clean them but not well. Spent a lot of time trying to make them safe to carry things in. Our second day people were staying above us and it was very noisy.
