Located within an 8-minute walk of the pristine sands of beautiful Sea Isle Beach, This two-story 3BR/2BA home which sleeps 8 is perfect for a relaxing vacation. . Relax on spacious front deck, or sip morning coffee on the private upstairs balcony. Watch TV in the open air of a downstairs sitting area. Let the family dog run in a fenced backyard. There’s even an outdoor shower! Walk to the nearby community pool and enjoy a refreshing dip.
LIVING AREA
The living area features beachy decor and comfortable seating for six on a queen-size sleeper sofa and three chairs. Enjoy your favorite shows on a 48” flat-screen TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including an electric range, a refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, and a dishwasher.
While dinner simmers, perch at the kitchen bar with seating for four. When it’s time to eat, gather at a dining table for eight.
BED & BATH
This two-level home sleeps eight guests between the three bedrooms. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living area.
The primary bedroom has a queen-size bed, desk, 32” flat-screen TV, baby crib and private balcony with seating for two. An en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity and a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, while a third bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Beneath the front deck is an outdoor picnic area with a table and a 40” flat-screen TV. This area also includes an outdoor shower perfect for rinsing after a fun-filled day at the beach -- or for cleaning up the family pet.
A spacious front deck features seating for four, and there is a private balcony off the master bedroom.
Enjoy the community fishing pier, exclusive for residents and renters. **In addition, the sparkling community pool is just a short walk away. **Community Pool requires pool pass for renters. Cost is $100 for 7 days for up to 10 people. Pool pass can be purchased through the Sea Isle office. Office open Monday - Friday for pool pass purchase.

Your stay includes complimentary Wi-Fi and Smart Tv with Netflix provided, a private washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four vehicles.

And you’re approximately 20 miles from the Historic Downtown, Strand & Seaport, where you’ll find a mix of 19th century architecture and modern-day amenities and nightlife over a walkable 70+ blocks
