Great place, excellent communication, as described. Enjoyed having 3 king beds for the family, in addition to the bunk room. Beds were comfy! Plenty of seating upstairs and downstairs. Enjoyed our stay!

All you need in Jamaica Beach

2nd time booking, happy with our stay. Plenty of space for entertaining and very close to public beach access, and Jamaica beach city park and community pool. House had all starting amenities, with full kitchen and outdoor grill.

Great place!

The house was a perfect fit for our multi-generational family. Fishing off the dock was enjoyed by young and old.

Great Place. We will be back

Great place on the canal. Close enough to open water but safe for our kids to swim, kayak and paddleboard. The house and outdoor space are great. We really enjoyed hanging out on the first floor patio.

Fantastic Vacation

Our family had a fantastic vacation in this beautiful home! The setting is very peaceful and relaxing! The house is well kept and spacious with kitchen and bathroom necessities. We were completely satisfied and can't wait to visit again!

Relaxing house with everything we needed to enjoy fishing and hop over to the beach.

We enjoyed this house. The layout with 4 bedrooms, large living room and dining table was great for our family. The outside below the house has lots of seating and play areas and right on the bay to pull up our boat and fish. Easy access to the bay. Neighbors were so nice - great house and we will be back to visit again!

We had a great stay. The house was comfortable and perfect for our group of adults and teenagers. The kayaks and paddleboard were fun to use in the canal. There are lots of living spaces and tables to play games and eat. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Island Time for our recent beach trip. Traveling with a group of eight can sometimes feel a bit crowded, but the layout of this house accommodated everyone comfortably.The house was spotless when we arrived. It was also fully stocked with all the essentials, especially in the kitchen, which made it easy to prep meals for a large group without having to run out for extra supplies. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. It’s a very short, easy trip down to the beach, so heading back and forth throughout the day was never an issue.Overall, it was a comfortable, hassle-free setup for our group. We’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to stay near the beach.

Weekend visit

We all enjoyed the house- it was perfect for our family, which consisted of 4 teenagers and 1 21 year old. All the kids were happy and content with plenty to do- the house has a great set-up for large families like ours.

Perfect House!

We loved our stay! My kiddos and husband were able to fish off the dock. The downstairs area was great for relaxing!Only thing that would have been better would have been hangers in the closets. If that’s my only gripe, it was a fantastic stay!

Wonderful house!

This house was fantastic. It was stocked with all of the essential things that you need to cook, including pans, dishes, bowls, cooking spray, etc. We especially love the outdoor area and grilling by the canal along with fishing. We would definitely rent this house again!

Great house layout! Propane tank ran out and manager reimbursed us quickly! We didn’t even ask. Not a ton of seating room in living area, but it was okay for us since we only have a family of 4. Well equipped home! We really enjoyed our time there.

Wonderful home to stay in while visiting Galveston!

Wonderful time in Island Time house. Had a couple issues first day with no heat and water off next day. But Kathy gave us excellent service and thermostat was replaced next day and with Kathy’s heads up concerning the water helped us manage that issue. Home was perfect for our family and we look forward to booking it again!

The house was perfect for me and my kids and their friends. The beds were all very comfy and the AC worked great along with all the ceiling fans in each room! Very importand for Texas in July. One of the kayaks was not useable so we rented more. Overall, very wonderful experience. Would definitely book again!
