The landscaping and trees are so natural that you feel like you are on a lovely countryside estate. Private pool and hot tub are included in your stay and a 4-person elevator can take you to all three floors to access this magnificent 7206 sq. foot property.

Included with full week rental - Seasonal Cabana Services: Service dates for the 2024 season are 5/17 to 9/20.
This house receives beachside cabana and beach chair set-up services during your stay. Service includes one 10 x 10 cabana tent and 6 beach chairs. Set-up hours are 10AM to 5 PM daily, (except check in/out day). Weather permitting. This service is not available for partial-week stays and is subject to local ordinances.

Additional beach chairs, umbrellas, kayaks and coolers come with your rental.

Less drive and more play!
All our rentals in Outer Banks have 6 bedrooms and do a Friday-to-Friday changeover day during prime season. Friday changeovers save you at least 5 hours in traffic each way. The entire island (500,000+) turns over on Sat & Sun. We are semi-flexible if you aren’t doing a full week if you start or end on a Friday.
Off season we are flexible on any dates.

Great location a mile from Harris Teeters to the South and a mile to the Food Lion and all the activities and restaurants to the North. The golf course is right across the street from Ocean Sands.

Majestic Oceanfront Estate with pool, hot tubs, kiddy pool, game room and elevator on 3 private acres.
This oceanfront estate sleeps 14. Located 2.2 miles up the beach in the four-wheel drive territory of Corolla, NC. The estate seats on 3 oceanfront acres, with three buildings that form an enclosed courtyard around pool, kiddy pool, game room & screened-in pavilion.
