Thank you for sharing your review Douglas. We’re so glad you enjoyed the home’s oceanfront location, spacious layout, and design, and that it was a great fit for your group. We’re very sorry for the cleaning issues you encountered upon arrival and appreciate you bringing them to our attention. Our team has addressed these concerns to ensure the home is in top condition for future guests. We also appreciate your note about the garage door and are glad it was repaired during your stay. Most importantly, we’re truly sorry to hear about the incident on the front steps and hope your guest is doing well. Please know we’ve taken your feedback very seriously, and the homeowner has already approved the installation of an additional railing on the lower steps and added lighting to better illuminate the entryway at night. Your feedback has been extremely helpful, and we’re grateful you shared it with us. We’re happy to hear you still enjoyed your stay overall and would consider returning in the future.

We appreciate your feedback, Ray. We apologize for the inconveniences, and we have since worked on the maintenance to ensure future guests to not have the same problems. As for the smoke alarm, we always have a property manager on call to help, but unfortunately if we are not contacted about issues while you are in house then we are not able to fix the issue. We hhope we get another chance to impress you.
