We had the best week at Perfect 10. The host was great at communicating prior to and during our stay. The house was stunning and perfect for multiple families. Beach chairs were set up each day right in front of the house on the beach which was so nice to have. We will definitely be back!

EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONWe were looking for a special vacation home to stay in for a week when we found PERFECT 10 on VRBO.We are a family of 8 traveling for the first time all together. 70 year old parents, kids and spouses, 12 year old grandsons. I was in charge of finding and choosing the property. After spending many hours on VRBO I found the Perfect 10 property.For me for a property to be a Perfect 10 there must be a few things that exceed my expectations:-Owner communication and responsiveness-Easy check in/check out-Extreme cleanliness-Perfect beachfront location-Amenities galoreThis property exceeded our expectations and checked ALL the boxes!From the moment we booked this property I felt the communication could not have been better from not just the property management company but from the owner himself. Super nice and caring people. I always felt that their number 1 priority was exceeding our rental expectations!This home is spotless and the most organized home I've ever seen. Everything is labeled and super easy to find.The Check in /Check out process couldn't be easier. the property management company makes this painless The Home is located in the perfect beachfront location. 1 mile from all the Hilton Head activity of Coligny Plaza (short bike ride) but still on a very quiet section of beach away from all the crowds!I could write forever but I'm out of space!!!STAY AT THE PERFECT 10, YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!! SEE YOU NEXT YEAR!

Perfect Island location

We enjoyed the lovely and very private setting of this home. It was well maintained and had an excellent equipped kitchen for a large family to prepare healthy meals with ease.

The house was immaculately clean when we arrived. The owner left a very thoughtful gift and note for us. The larger pool and hot tub was very much enjoyed by my grandchildren. I took advantage of heating the pool since it was kind of cool at night. If I had used the provided pool covers more diligently at night, the pool would have been warmer in the morning. We had a small problem with the tv reception and a temperature alarm on the drink refrigerator but the property manager came out quickly and solved both problems. We had two deer visit the back yard in the early evening to the fascination of the kids. The location is perfect and we made wonderful memories at Perfect 10.

Perfect in every way!!

Fabulous home to rent in an excellent location where you can listen to the waves and watch dolphins playing in the ocean. Kitchen had everything we needed, pool and hot tub along with the beach helped us create great memories we will cherish.

Just like the name implies, everything was perfect for our return trip to 10 Sea Hawk Lane. The entire family loved it all-the location, the pool, the ocean and the accommodations

It is most gratifying to hear that our guests have a wonderful vacation experience at Perfect 10. Although the house is only 5 years old, we are constantly seeking means to improve it and to insure exemplary guest experiences. The new poolside bath and garage refinishing the year is one example.

It truly is a PERFECT 10

Great location, rode the bikes everyday to everywhere including 16 miles on the beach. Pool was amazing, views of the dolphins swimming by from the patios didn’t suck daily.

Family Vacation

Wonderful!

We had a great time there, with our huge family. Everything was PERFECT and our group all agreed that this was the best place we have stayed by far. Both Roger and destination Vacations followed up with us many times to make sure we were pleased, and to see if we had any questions. WONDERFUL trip!

An Amazing Week

This property is a great place to bring friends and multiple families together! It is impeccably maintained. The kitchen has everything you need, and the living area is the perfect place for everyone to gather.

We added a screen door to the porch to allow guests to enjoy the fall weather. We are installing a new privacy fence on the South side of our lot and we upgraded the Sonos systems (installed Sonos ARCs in the Great Room and Media Room) as well as a number of other improvements and enhancements.

Gathering Place -

we walked on the beach every morning, did some light touring during the day and came together every night taking turns cooking a dinner then retired to the great room to share stories and cheer on sports teams. the house is a perfect gathering place - plenty of room to spend time with the folks you care about.

Fabulous!

This house is amazing! Every little detail is thought about for the stay. We had our extended family with us and everyone agreed it was by far the nicest house we ever rented. The pool, the views, the amazing kitchen, and fabulous bedrooms were some of the highlights!

Our time at the beach

The home was neat, clean and in order. The floor plan worked very well. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. Fun,sun and sand. Would hesitate to come back!

The house was very clean, spacious and beautiful. We had a party of 14 people and this house comfortably fit everyone. It felt like home. The pool and beach were awesome and the view of the ocean was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Amazing home

This home is unbelievably beautiful. Fully equipped and luxurious. Our family loved everything about it, including location. Having a private beach was great with all of our young children. Customer service was awesome and very prompt. Will definitely return. The owners were very communicative and accommodating. Truly a Perfect 10.

10 Sea Hawk is exceptional

We’re a family of 15, ranging from age 13-74. This beach home layout was perfect for us. Shopping, golf were nearby. Property owner and property manager were both very helpful before and during our stay. After 20 years plus this was our best beach vacation.

Our 50th anniversary celebration

A truly phenomenal property. Extremely well laid out to accommodate our family of 18. Beautifully appointed with no detail left undone. Property owner checked in twice to see how we were doing which we have never experienced in our 10 plus years of renting homes. Priperty manager was attentive and so very helpful. Beautiful pool, fantastic views of the beach, great outdoor seating . A truly awesome vacation home that we would highly recommend. We will.be back!

Perfect 10 Thanksgiving!

Our extended family of 14 spent a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this house. Despite some cooler temps, we had a fun and relaxing week due in large part to the comfort and amenities offered at Perfect 10. Bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen and common areas all nicely decorated and well appointed. Location, pool and hot tub are also a huge bonus! Owner and rental company very responsive and helpful. We hope to return for future gatherings!

Beautiful House

Our family of 20 thoroughly enjoyed the Perfect 10! From 10 months to 62. This was our every other year family vacation with pictures by a professional photographer on the beach. Communications with the owner and property manager were fantastic.
