Whitetail Ridge Acres will prove to be a pleasure to any and all. From our big beautiful home to our peaceful private yard complete with brand new pool, a large double deck acres of trees and fields and plenty of birds and wild life to enjoy! We are far enough away for amazing peace and quiet yet close enough to everything!! Otis Reservoir is a short drive while Jacob's Pillow/Tanglewood/Stockbridge/Lenox/Lee are all within an hour drive. In the other direction is MGM Casino 40 m mins.
Six flags 35 min. so much more
Westfield/Springfield all within a 40 min. Drive. Malls, markets, theater, and lots of great restaurants and so much more!!
We have large rooms and plenty of comfy beds. There's a large kitchen with a granite counters gas stove and everything you will need to feel at home. There's also a gas grill on the deck with a beautiful dining table and chairs to enjoy those summer meals by the pool and don't forget our firepit complete with comfy chairs and firewood! You can do all kinds of things or just do nothing at all! We love it here and we are pretty sure you will too! Our home does have an in inlaw apartment attached with its own entrance and will not affect your privacy.

Great place for families and as a "basecamp" for day trips in Western Massachusetts. Hosts were friendly and communicated with us before and during stay. Would book again.

The hosts were exceptionally hospitable. The house, pool and hot tub were all clean and the property itself was beautiful and well-kept. Enough to do here, if you never wanted to leave!

Beautiful house in the countryside with a nice deck, big pool and jacuzzi. Large outdoor area with a garden, lovely flowers and a basketball hoop. Nicely decorated inside with comfortable beds. Excellent in every way.

he well-kept classic colonial is a great spot for your family. Lovely lawn and a crystal-clear pool. Susan was responsive and took care of everything quickly and efficiently. If you're looking for a nice spot for a family getaway, you won't be disappointed. My wife loved the deck and my son loved all the history on display.

Our stay here was incredible! The hosts were friendly, welcoming, and communicated effectively. The house was amazing as well. So comfortable that it felt like home. The hosts even had a small gift basket waiting for us with some treats it in which was a very nice touch. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to others.

If you want a peaceful, restful stay. This is the property! Private and sparkling clean! The pool and hot tub for my family was the absolute standout.Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything for us. I do pack for all our needs.The owner Susan was THE nicest owner and communication was very quick. If you like an older house with beautiful pictures and history, you won't be disappointed! Thank you again Susan! We will be back :)

My family's stay at Susan's home was a delightful retreat. The home was clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved using the well maintained pool and looking out to the gorgeous yard. Susan left surprise gifts for us that we enjoyed thoroughly. Her added touch spoke to her kindness. She was completely available for our questions and, when we had an emergency package sent to us that did not arrive on time, she generously assisted us by mailing to our home. We enjoyed getting to know her very much! This experience was delightful in every way. The home is a lovely get-a-way. It is charming and everything in the home is well thought out by lovely owners.

Perfect getaway if you are looking for peace and quiet! House was so cozy and very clean! Pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing by. We used the fire pit one night and the host was kind enough to provide the wood. The property is absolutely beautiful. My kids also loved the snack basket that was left. So thoughtful! We plan to visit again in the future!

Overall, we were very satisfied. Although we weren’t used to the scent of the air freshener at first, the issue was quickly resolved after we mentioned it to the landlord. Communication and response were smooth and efficient.

Simply Perfect!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The entire property is simply lovely and peaceful, you will not be disappointed! The house is immaculate as are all the outdoor spaces. I really enjoyed the pool, and toasting s’mores, while star gazing at the firepit. Communication with Sue and Foster was excellent. We also enjoyed some great food from Russell’s Inn and doing a little local shopping at Cream of the Crop. Such and great little town!

Truly special

Our party included three moms and three teen girls. The girls were involved in a week-long dance intensive at a dance studio about 30 minutes from the house. The moms spent our days in this wonderful, historic, comfortable home, working remote jobs, sunning by the pool, swimming, watching television, cooking, etc. We even grilled, and enjoyed a campfire and night swimming with the girls. it was quiet, beautiful, and felt like a true getaway. The trees, flowers, garden etc were dreamy and added to the peaceful atmosphere. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of space for us all move around the kitchen, relax on couches, and eat at the dining room table. I can’t say enough about Susan and Foster, the home owners. They were extremely responsive and personable. We became friends early on and felt valued and cared for the whole time. I can’t thank them enough for the sweet welcome gifts, friendly texts, and personal touches. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a comfortable, getaway filled with love.

Home was very clean! The host was extremely polite and responsive! Absolutely enjoyed the pool and the fire pit as well! Beautiful setting!lots of birds to watch ( my favorite hummingbirds) saw a bob cat in the yard and a porcupine. Definitely a place to be if you're to relax! Did it for us!

The house is older but clean. We didn’t use the kitchen much because we ate at local restaurants and brought our own plastic utensils and paper plates, but the kitchen appeared to have everything needed. The hot tub was nice. The pool was too cold for me, although my daughter went in. The grounds are beautiful, and our dog really enjoyed them. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. We will come again when the weather is warmer.
