Fantastic Stay

I would highly recommend staying here, the rental has up to date furnishings, very clean and mgmt was extremely helpful. We will definitely book this place again!

We stayed for a week with our aussies and loved our stay! Felt very homey. Had just enough supplied given on day 1 to last the two of us for a week. The golf cart and bikes on site were so nice to have. Very quiet little neighborhood with safe off street parking. Loved the nearby divey-oyster restaurant. We walked, golf carted, and took the bikes to the beach on different days and all were easy to access. The town was very dog friendly with lots of bags available for picking up after them. Managers were great when we needed some assistance. Would stay again for sure.

Great location in Grayton!

Our family loved our stay at this home! So convenient to Grayton Beach, shops, and restaurants, as well as Seaside, Watercolor, and Gulf Place. The golf cart and fenced side yard were also helpful to us enjoying our stay. Our grandchildren loved their rooms, and we all had a great time in the living room playing games and watching movies at night. We will certainly be back!

Beautiful Town

I loved the location of this home. There wasn’t a lot of traffic and the golf cart was really useful. We used the free tram to go to the beach. We had no issues with it being overcrowded and we went in July. Customer service was excellent when I had to call for help and ask questions!

Fantastic

Location is perfect. Jennifer was awesome w/ communication. No complaints at all. Bikes and golf cart made it very easy. House was in great shape. Would come back again easily.

Wonderful place to stay and play with family

Golf cart was well worth it. It was 4th of July weekend and parking a gulf cart and getting around is much easier. Everyone had their own room. Accommodations were fantastic. Only problem was the trip ended. We used the pool it was great for the kids. We rode the bikes we sat on the porch. Great experience and clean accommodations. Highly recommend this place if you have a family.

Nice house, ok parking

We enjoyed the house but my husband couldn't go upstairs so we stayed in the downstairs bedroom. The updated shower and TV's were upstairs. My husband didn't like the parking or LG TV. No basic cable. We really enjoyed the yard for our dog!

Broken A/C! Golf Cart makes the place!

We arrived at the house with the upstairs A/C broken. We camped throughout the downstairs the first night. The system was fixed at 3:00 the next afternoon. This was unfortunate and was a very bad start. The golf cart makes this place. The kids and our dog couldn’t get enough of it. Otherwise, it’s a little far from the beach. The golf cart made the trip fun for the kids which was great for us. Parking is much easier at Grayton with the golf cart. The house could use more kitchen cooking items. Had we not had the A/C issues, this experience would receive a 5 star review.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch and the golf cart was a lot of fun! The location was great and convenient to the beach. We took a bike ride several times on the bikes as well. We will definitely be back!
