Entire House - Antique Mall Cottage

Our cottage is directly in front of Auction Charleston Antique Mall. It is centrally-located on a main road in historic Summerville. Sleeps 6 people maximum with two queen beds and a full bed. Grocery stores & fast food just down the road about a mile in either direction. Close to Summerville and Charleston. Full kitchen, full bath, wifi, Smart TVs, & 100's of dvds.

The space
Quaint and cozy, this 3 bedroom bungalow is the perfect place to rest as you explore the Lowcountry. Furnished with antiques found from Auction Charleston Antique Mall.
Guest access
All parts of the cottage are accessible to guests including the 3 bedrooms, full bath, living room and kitchen. The dryer is located in the back of the property, down the handicapped ramp, in the outdoor closet.

Other things to note
Cards, a wireless speaker and some board games are located in the living room under the tv. Sleep sound machines are located in all of the bedrooms to help our guests have a restful sleep. 100’s of dvds are provided for guests entertainment. Bring your Amazon login to access your favorite tv shows on our brand new smart TVs, one in each bedroomsnd one in the livingroom.

Stay was great, and clean there are some great restaurants near by and an amazing fishing park that was recommended by host. It also has great amenities and great selection of board games and DVDs

Great little spot!

Our stay at the house was accommodating and quiet. The house is minutes away from everything in the area. Owner was friendly and communicated very well!

Comfortable home for visiting Summerville

Nice home convenient for the Summerville area, including being close to many stores. Pictures are accurate, beds and pillows are very comfy, nice linens with a kitchen that has all you need if choosing to cook in. Will consider booking this home for all our trips to visit family in the area.

Convenient and quaint

Laura’s cottage was easily accessible and had all of the basics for a great weekend. It’s furnished with antiques and even had some awesome retro coffee mugs that made the mornings cheerful!

There were some staples but no coffee and no ice cubes in freezer. Both would have been good ton see. I wished for an outdoor chair on one of the porches. The directions on frig were outdated and I would have liked to see a checklist for me to do as I left.

Dear Beth, Thank you for staying with us. I had messaged you two days before you left about a checklist to use while checking out. Our front table was broken when a tree fell on our cottage a year ago. We’ve been looking for a suitable replacement. Thanks for your feedback. We’ll take all of your thoughts into consideration and will update the directions on the refrigerator.

Very convenient location. Property was super clean and cozy. We had a hard time sleeping on one of the mattresses as it was VERY firm. By the third night we realized there was a topper in the closet, which was a game changer. One of the rooms has flood lights just outside the windows and the room stays pretty brightly lit at night. My wife and I both like it dark, so we struggled a bit with falling asleep and staying asleep. That same room is on the side closest to the landscaping company that's next door, so the sound of vehicles going in and out of the property early in the morning added to our poor quality of sleep. They're not loud, but you can definitely easily hear them. The owners seemed very friendly. If we had been able to sleep well we would've given 5 stars. Still very much appreciate the cozy stay.

Thank you for your feedback, there should’ve been a sleep machine on the nightstand of each bedroom. That can help with the outside noise. I am sorry that was an issue for you during your stay. I will check with our Cleaning Lady to make sure each bedroom still is provided with a sleep machine.

Antique Mall Cottage

This was a wonderful stay for the family. We had enough room and the location was actually great. Plenty of gas stations and grocery stores within reason. I will be going to Summerville for vacation annually and I would definitely come back to this place. Host was very nice as well.

so comfy

We met the manger from the antique mall behind the house. They were very easy to communicate with prior to arrival and once we were there. We had a slight issue with the shower that they were unaware of prior to us telling them and wanted to have maintenance come fix it that same day after hours. when I declined they offered to have them come the next day on a Saturday. it was a very minor thing- the shower would spray some even when we were running just for a bath-so we just asked that they just look at it once we left. I was really impressed with how responsive the manager was. my very picky 19 year old daughter Loved her bed. she said it was the most comfortable bed she’s ever slept in. We will definitely use again if we’re in the area and it’s available!
