The listing stated we had to bring our own blankets, which we did, but did not need cause they were furnished. First time having to bring my own toilet paper. That was different. The place was beautiful. LOVED having the convenience of the washer/dryer combo! Very comfortable beds. Lots of towels and wash rags which was also nice.

It was an amazing place!!! Our family wanted to move into it!! Very clean! Just for 5 people and 2 bathrooms, 1 roll of toilet paper in the bathroom was not enough.. we thought there would be more. But other than that, it was perfect!

The room was clean and up to date. there were a few things in disrepair but guess this damage was from a previous guest. 2 of 4 elevators out of service-we actually were stuck in the second elevator when it broke for about 10 minutes but luckily it parked itself back at top floor- NOT a good feeling being stuck in a HOT elevator and none of the buttons work and not sure if alarm actually rings to someone...the floors in unit actually were quite dirty as the bottom of my feet could attest to-yes they were from floors in condo as I wore shoes all other times except in pool...sorry to see this unit no longer available from v trips as they are selling it after this month as I was told...any info about its availability in the future would be greatly appreciated...all in all good condo for price...Sly

We have stayed in many places in NSB and this is one of the best from the property to the condo itself - everything you would want for a nice getaway.

Amazing Stay

We had a wonderful time and loved staying at the Pelican for our 1st time. Our condo was very clean and comfortable for a family of 4. Would definitely return and recommend!

Very nice condo. Excellent location. Beautiful ocean views. Perfect pool area. Downside was not having more the two parking spots. We had to have visitors park about a mile away and go pick them up so they could just join us for dinner. Also, kitchen was pretty sparse. I did read reviews before going so I stocked up on paper products, cleaning supplies, etc. However, didn’t purchase serving spoons or cooking utensils. Those supplies were very limited. But overall we enjoyed our stay there very much and would rent it again!

Great stay

The property was great we like to cook on vacation and the kitchen was great. The view of the beach each morning while having coffee was such a plus. It’s very quiet which is wonderful as well as great pool and beach access. The beds aren’t the most comfortable but that was a small tick on an overall great stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

This condo made for the perfect getaway; the views from the balcony and expansive patio doors are stunning. We made a point of being up earlier enough to see every sunrise. The large kitchen allowed for large happy hour charcuterie spreads. The grounds were immaculate and location superior. Overall, a great value!
