Enjoy our Keweenaw home!

Enjoy the outdoors, then come back to stream your favorite show, play some Xbox, cook dinner in the fully stocked kitchen, or on the blackstone (we cannot guarantee the propane tank is full and we are not responsible for filling it.) outside and relax. Our cozy home has room to sleep 8-10 people and our big driveway can handle multiple rigs and trailers. Within driving distance of Superior, mountain bike and off road trails and many waterfalls. World class downhill and cross country skiing is available at nearby locations. Enjoy all that the Keweenaw has to offer, northern lights and go yooperlite hunting at night. Bring your sleds, no need to trailer them, get to the trails from the front yard. Our fully furnished vacation home has plenty of room for all your gear to dry out over night before your next adventure. If you are traveling with your dog please make sure to check the box stating that where you put in how many people are traveling. There is an additional fee for dogs, but we have an indoor and outdoor kennel.

New, clean and well appointed

This seems like a new age cabin up North. Open concept kitchen, dining and living area with bedrooms and a bathroom off them. Very comfortable for 4 adults and two kids. Perfect home base for activities in the peninsula. We’ll be back for sure!

Keewenaw Snowmobile Getaway

Perfect location to explore the Keewenaw on our sleds. Trail was a block away. Liked the neighborhood aspect on a quiet street for walking our dog.The home has a great open floor plan. We picked it largely due to location and that it had king size beds which can be hard to find. The place was clean, beds were comfy. Plenty of pillows and extra blankets if needed. We brought our kennel but didnt end up needing it as they had a nicely sized indoor kennel. Host was super helpful and quick to respond to any correspondence. Highly recommend for your next getaway!

Very clean and comfortable. Good location. Had a good time snowmobiling and attending winter carnival at Mich Tech! Would definitely stay again.

Winter Snowmobile Getaway

The house was great, clean with all the comforts of home.Close to the snowmobile trails with easy access.We enjoyed a 4-night stay and would love to visit again.The host was very responsive and great to work with.

Great spot for snowmobilers

Good location for Keweenaw riding, close to the trail. Parking was good, space for multiple 2-4 place trailers. Host was responsive and helpful.

Just like coming home

This is just like coming into your own home. It was so cozy and comfortable. There was plenty of space to hang up winter gear so it could dry. The entire house was warm and cozy with lots of blankets available to wrap up in. Anything that was needed was there - in the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedrooms, all rooms had it. While we do not have a pet, this house was definitely pet friendly. There is a large space for dogs that comes with treats, a small pet bed in the living room and even pet steps to help the little pets get into bed with you. Lake Linden is a cute little town and not far from Houghton/Hancock or from any outdoor activities. This is a great place to stay where you can have your space but also be close to all you want to do.

Great place

This is a great place to stay. Clean with lots of room. They were very thoughtful of pet owners with large pet crate, treats, pet bed and even stairs for pet to get up to the bed!

Suited Our Needs

This was a great place to stay for a dog-friendly group who was working in Houghton for a week. Plenty of room, very pet friendly, and clean. The only thing that could be improved a bit is lighting in the bedrooms. The remotes for the lights/fans with dimmers seemed to leave the rooms half lit. Would visit again!

Beautiful home!

It was nice knowing when we were done exploring that we had somewhere comfortable to call home for our stay! The beds were very comfortable and anything we needed was there! We will definitely be looking to come back and stay at this beautiful property.

Great Spacious rental

This rental was perfect for our family of 4 plus our dog- than enough room but could also accommodate up to 10 no problem! This place literally had everything we needed for our weekend stay.

Beautiful home!

The home was beautiful and felt much larger than seen in the photos. The location was very close to Lake Linden, and only a few minutes from the Houghton-Douglass Falls! I highly recommend staying here!

Nice new property

Nice new property, great for a single family or a couple families. Good living room and outdoor space with three spacious bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Pretty, comfortable and a good location.

Great Stay

Super easy stay. Everything very nice and new. Simple layout with large kitchen/living room area. Worked great for my family of 8!!!! Did have the circuit pop when we ran too many appliances in the kitchen, but reset it and a little later the microwave reset so we could use it again. Other than that no issues. Really liked the house!

Great place to stay!

We were in town to visit our daughter during Winter Carnival, and I'm so thankful we found this place! Upon arrival we noticed that the home was very clean and ready for us. There are two very comfortable king beds in two bedrooms, a set of twin bunk beds in another bedroom, and two pull out sleeper sofas. There ended up being 8 of us that stayed the weekend, and the accommodations worked for that! There is only one bathroom, BUT as long as everyone is respectful of that, it's no big deal at all. There's a Blackstone on the patio that we used the heck out of for making breakfast for us, our kids, and their friends that attend Tech. This was an unexpected amenity, and if you're familiar with griddles, it was totally awesome! All in all, our experience at this home was fantastic, and we'd be happy to stay here again!

Great place, Great area and a Great time!!! Jen could not be nicer and very helpful. The place was spotless and very well appointed. The beds are great and very comfortable. I tell you the only thing we could not find was a wine bottle opener! LOL. You have a great place Jen and very much look forward to our next trip. Thanks for sharing!!

Great Place to Stay

Pulled into the property was blown away how nice the property and house were. We came up to snowmobile and there plenty of parking. Land owner was very friendly and fast to respond. My group all agreed if/when we come up again we will be stay here again only this time we hope there is more snow.
