This neighborhood does not allow renters under 25. College groups are not allowed. This is a gated neighborhood and security staff check's ID's. A guest list is required and adults cannot check in anyone under 25 into the home and leave the premises.

$49 - Pet Fee - Covers up to two dogs (no aggressive breeds allowed)
