Had a great trip! Our stay was amazing, when I messed up and didn’t read the instructions for getting into the garage correctly, Marie responded immediately. The rooftop deck had a beautiful view and it was walking distance from several great restaurants. We walked to pikes place and it was a nice little walk. Would definitely recommend!!

Nice and roomy, great location and I appreciate the off-street parking space. Marie is always quick to respond to questions or concerns. This was our 2nd stay here and it will be on the list for future trips to Seattle.

Great location with access to grocery stores, restaurants and easy walking distance to these as well as McCaw Hall where we were going to see my granddaughter’s ballet recital. The underground parking was especially helpful. We had a mini family reunion and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous stay! The townhouse is in a great location and spacious enough for the 5 of us. Everything was as described and the host Marie was quick to answer our questions. Highly recommend!

Marie was very kind, accommodating and communicated extremely well. The property was comfortable, quiet, safe and convenient to all the downtown attractions. We easily got around town via walking, monorail and uber. We did not have any issues that needed immediate attention.

Very clean and comfortable all around and in the perfect location for the concert at Climate Pledge Arena. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to walk. Temporary parking for check-in and check-out was challenging but not a big deal. Host was very responsive to all communications.

Marie was very responsive when I messaged about anything, the house was visibly clean and smelled clean upon arrival. Plenty of space for my family, great placement in town close to so many things; never heard a peep from the neighbors which is amazing considering it was a multiplex unit. Overall amazing, I would stay again in a heartbeat!

Great Spot!

This place was awesome! Very roomy and large enough for everyone. The rooftop deck was so cool and a perfect place to hang at the end of the night and look at the Space Needle. Thanks Marie!

We stayed her for our daughters wedding and it worked perfectly. It was clean and ready ahead of time for us! The parking spot is the best in the building… the AC and in room fans were great as the weather warmed up during the weekend. We would recommend!

This was a beautiful (temporary) home for my family before leaving on a cruise from Pier 91. We were there during Heat Advisories popping up on our phones, so it we were relieved that (in addition to the heat available) there were air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms! Excellent!The home was beautiful and Marie was very communicative!Tip: Just a few blocks away there is a beautiful view from the Kerry Park lookout... if you have a chance make the trek! (Or take a Lyft there and walk "home" after - that way is all downhill!)

Wonderful stay

My great nieces and I stayed for a week and enjoyed it thoroughly. It was a challenge finding a 3-bedroom place in a good location, but this one was perfect. We walked to the Space Needle and Climate Pledge Arena, Metropolitan Market, good Thai and Vietnamese restaurants, CVS, good used bookstore and took Lyft elsewhere. It is a quiet neighborhood with friendly folks walking their dogs. The townhouse is well furnished, including an espresso maker, which we all enjoyed each morning. Marie is an excellent host and replied promptly to all my questions. Highly recommended!

Great location to see the sites!

Our family stayed here pre-cruise for 2 days. The location was great, parking on site, and enough space for everyone. The home was as pictured, very clean, and a great space to regroup after a day of site seeing. I would highly recommend and would stay here again if I travel back to Seattle.Only slightly negative comment. There are very little kitchen staples, like sugar and such. We weren't there long enough to consider buying, and not sure if it would be left for the next guest. We made it work by visiting a local coffee shop.
