Whether you’re planning a weekend getaway or visiting Seattle for business, you’ll feel at home in this warm and inviting side-by-side duplex.

Built in 1924, the home has been thoughtfully renovated with modern comforts while retaining its original character. Features include newly refinished hardwood floors, nine-foot ceilings, crown molding, a wood-burning fireplace, radiant heat, wooden shutters, generous closet space, and abundant natural light.

The updated kitchen features modern appliances and countertops, while the bathroom is finished with classic subway and hexagon tile.

Professionally decorated, the home combines vintage Thomasville furniture, a comfortable down-filled sofa from the Seattle Design Center, and framed artwork to create a distinctive and welcoming place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was fantastic and incredibly walkable, making it easy to enjoy everything nearby without needing to drive everywhere. The owner was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and responsive making the experience easy and stress-free. The home itself was thoughtfully furnished and well stocked with everything one would need. It was also absolutely immaculate - clean, comfortable, and very well cared for. We would happily return. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great location, a comfortable home, and a great host.

Ben was great and responded quickly. Property is in an ideal location. We enjoyed the Anna’s hummingbirds outside. Beds comfortable. Super clean.

Ben was the best host! Very accommodating and even helped us print out something we needed. Cool little neighborhood with lots of food/drink options just down the hill a few blocks away. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

The property was exactly as it was described in the listing. It was an added benefit that an off street parking spot was available as we had a rental car. We had four adults staying at this property. The living room was comfortable and provided enough room for 4 adults. The second bedroom has a Murphy bed and it was set up as a bedroom before we arrived. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The location was fantastic as there were a number of local restaurants that we went to that were a short walk away. Access to the interstate was very easy and not too far from this property, which made getting to and from the airport very easy.The host, Ben, responded very quickly to any questions that I had.

Excellent location that was walkable to the Space Needle, MPOP and the glass gardens. Loved our stay and will definitely book again when we come to Seattle next.

This was our second stay at Ben’s Aloha residence. Everything was as we remembered - clean, organized, comfortable. It made our visit to Seattle to see our daughter and the sights worry-free and just that much more enjoyable.

Wonderful stay! The house is cozy, kitchen well equipped, host is easy to communicate with, in walking distance to restaurants, coffee, the space needle. Having a parking spot was a big plus! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay :)

I booked this place for my dad and he had nothing but great things to say about the place. It was clean, comfortable and felt safe. It’s close to a bus stop, or very walkable to different shops if you don’t mind the hills. The host was also really considerate in allowing him a late check out when his flight was delayed. I’d definitely book again. Thank you Ben!

A wonderful spot. Clean and convenient. Easy contact and coordination with host who was helpful and courteous. Full kitchen with all that is needed. If you have a low clearance vehicle the parking can be a little tricky but doable. Full marks for this location.

My wife, Kimberly, and I both grew up in the Seattle area and love living in the wonderful Queen Anne neighborhood. We live on the property with our daughter, Misia, so we’re nearby if guests need anything while still respecting their privacy.

I have especially enjoyed restoring and updating this charming 1924 home. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, golfing, reading, traveling, and following the Seattle Seahawks.
