Our 800 square foot, second-floor Condominium is updated and tastefully and beautifully remodeled with reasonable rental fee. It is a few steps to one of the two pools, two of the ten free Har-Tru tennis courts, two racket ball courts, two charcoal grills, and children's play area. Five minute walk to beach.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, private bath, and added drawer space. The guest bedroom is furnished with twin beds and a recently privatized bath. A comfortable queen sleeper sofa is provided in the living room. The newly designed kitchen has new cabinetry and a convenient 'L' shaped bar seating three. The private deck looks out on trees and yard, a great place to relax and watch wildlife.

Hilton Head Island is one of the great vacation spots in the United States. The gorgeous, wide beach is only a short 300 yard walk to public access with showers, restrooms, and parking (if desired). The beach has mild surf for swimmers of all ages and is well suited for biking. The island offers excellent golf courses, miles of paved bike paths, outlet shopping, festivals, excellent restaurants, and great nature preserves. Development has been with a minimum of environmental impact.

You are sure to enjoy your stay at Hilton Head Island. The Fiddler's Cove location and our lovely condo will make your vacation complete!

Great condo in a good location

We’ve stayed at many fiddlers cove condos in the past and this is one of the nicer ones. It was clean with an updated kitchen. Kitchen utensils were plentiful. Washer and dryer are relatively new and worked very well. The bathrooms hadn’t been updated but they were clean and everything worked as it should. Aside from updating the bathrooms and maybe getting a smart TV I don’t think I’d change anything about this condo.

Island Getaway

Wonderful condo in a very nice community. Amenities galore. Close to the beach and shopping, along with some excellent restaurants. Definitely will rent again when we are in Hilton Head.

Nice condo!

Overall it was a good property. Security guard very friendly. Check in process very easy. The condo could use a little cleaning but was fully stocked with everything we needed. It was a couple blocks walk from the beach, not too bad. It was our first time in Hilton Head we were used to being in the Gulf where every condo is right on the beach. The property looks like it may have been an apartment complex at first. For the price and amenities I was very satisfied though.

Great week at the beach

Property consistent with listing. Easy 5 minute walk to beach. Location safe. Security guards were friendly and helpful. The unit was very clean. Great communication. Close to great food and excursions.

Perfect vacation spot!

Wonderful vacation getaway

Had a wonderful time at this unit in Fiddlers Cove. Unit was exactly like pictured. Nice and clean. Well stocked kitchen. Loved the Brita filter in fridge and on sink. Will definitely come back to this unit!

Convenient Folly Field beach villa

Villa’s kitchen has been nicely updated. Bed was comfy. Was perfect for our anniversary trip for two. Close to beach and pool. Also close to restaurants. Walked to dinner one night. Carl and Sandy are great to work with and responsive. They are very kind people who aim to make your vacation enjoyable! Thanks Carl and Sandy!

Good little get-away

We’ve always enjoyed staying in rental units at Fiddlers Cove, and this property was no exception. Likes: Responsive owners, easy check-in, clear instructions, nice location in community, easy 2nd story walk-up, lovely updated kitchen, plenty of paper products on hand, new appliances including w/d, laundry and dishwasher detergent provided, great water pressure in shower, filtered water at bar sink, cable TV, good thermostat, okay mattresses, and gas grills located near building. Dislikes: Though clean overall, rest of place beyond the kitchen could use some freshening - maybe a new coat of paint throughout and a lot fewer artificial plants/dust collectors and things covering places for people to spread out and put their things. Pillows and mattresses on beds could use better protectors. Kitchen could use some long-handled utensils for cooking out. These are mere suggestions from owning our own vacation rental. Overall, great place to stay!😊

Spot On

This place was as advertised. Easy 5-8 minute walk to a great wide open beach. Beach was very busy but did not feel crowded at all. The Unit itself was just what we needed. We have 4 but could have very easily accommodated 6 with ease. Thanks for letting us use your property.

Hilton Head Vacation

The property was excellent. There were easy instructions to get the keys, the condo was well stocked with everything you could ask for, and very nice grounds. We would definitely recommend staying here if are have the chance.

Nice updated property

We had a wonderful time staying here. This unit is stocked with everything you might need. The kitchen update us very nice. The washer/dryer is new and much better than the stacked models that are in most condos. The water at Hilton Head tastes terrible but there is a water filter attached to the wet bar faucet. Use it to make ice fit your drinks The condo is very close to the front gate which makes the walk to the beach shorter. We have stayed at Fiddler’s Cove many times since the 80’s. It has been maintained very well. I highly recommend this unit.
