Prior guests, the best source of unbiased feedback, have rated this villa as a great getaway with stunning ocean views from your private balcony with plentiful accommodations. This beautifully decorated second-floor villa is 518 sq feet and is located in Sea Side Villas 1, a gated, oceanfront complex. It is designated non-smoking for your comfort and comes fully equipped with 2 complimentary beach cruisers, beach chairs, and an umbrella for your convenience and entertainment. This Sea Side complex features a relaxing, oceanfront sundeck, swing, pool, washer and dryers on each floor, elevator access, and secure covered parking. The cozy bedroom features a brand NEW comfy, queen size bed with HDTV. The ocean waves can be heard from the charming living/dining area. There is a comfortable, NEW sofa bed and entertainment center with its HDTV & DVD player in the living area too. Additionally, two built-in bunk beds, which are ideal for younger children (13-), help conveniently accommodate small families. The fully stocked, functional kitchen includes range, microwave, dishwasher, and full accommodations. Relax at the most beautiful beach on the East Coast, or play the challenging golf courses while enjoying this oceanfront complex. Great stay!!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this villa. The view was exceptional, as was the deck to enjoy it on. The bikes were a huge plus, and it was so fun riding up and down the beach. Great beach access, perfect location, walkable to Coligny Plaza with many restaurants and shops. Would gladly stay here again!!

Very relaxing

We enjoyed the ocean, sand, Coligny Plaza, an alligator cruse, dolphin excursion and Hilton Head Ocean museum, riding bikes, Harbour Town and much more. Made many memories.

Great place!

We only had a couple days in Hilton Head but this place was great! The view from the balcony was beautiful and we loved the beach. Did lots of walking on the beach and enjoyed the chairs and umbrella. We also took the bikes for a short 3 mile ride to see a little more of the island and they were great, easy riding bikes. Swam in the pool and it was very nice. Love the place and bed was pretty comfy. Kitchen was small but nice and loved having the ice trays to fill up beach cooler. Would stay here again!

Great Location and clean!

We enjoyed our stay at Seaside villas! The view and distance to the beach was the biggest perk. The room is on the smaller side but it was perfect for my spouse and I. The hosts are very responsive and available. We even walked into a sweet surprise for our anniversary! You won’t regret booking.

A Perfect Week!

We enjoyed our week long vacation at Sea Side Villa 228! It was so nice to have all the things we would need to enjoy the beach and our stay available at our fingertips. The unit was super comfortable and clean. We really appreciated the "little" surprises left for us to welcome us to Hilton Head! We would definitely stay at Nick and Erin"s unit again.

Wonderful stay, awesome location. Just what my wife and I were looking for. Great view of the ocean from the condo. Superb communications from the owner. Literature was awaiting us concerning the area. The bikes provided were great and were used numerous times during our stay. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to be back someday.

HHI Delight

I always try to find a condo with a good view. This condo has a fabulous view from the balcony and is convenient to some great restaurants, local park, and bike trails. Bonus feature of rabbits and deer to watch from the property swing and deck if you are an animal lover. We have stayed in Seaside Villas several times and this is my favorite unit. Enjoyed it greatly!

Excellent for a family of 3!

Unit is just as listed! We loved being so close to the beach! The condo was perfect for us as a family of 3 - plenty of linens/towels, coffee cups (we loved the blue mugs with lids so much we found them on Amazon and ordered a cream set for our own house!!), and thoughtfully placed shelves/blankets/etc to make it very usable and cozy! We loved our stay and hope to return to this condo again someday!

Perfect Getaway

This was our first VRBO experience and it was awesome! The thing that made it so great was the communication by the host. We of course had questions during check in and the host answered very quickly. The walk to the beach was less than a football field and there was a shower station right next to the gate. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable (our girls loved the bunk beds). We had a blast using the bikes! Would definitely recommend this place for a quick getaway. I hope all the Vrbo hosts are so easy to communicate with.

Wonderful getaway

Great location and everything you need to relax at the beach! The kids and I booked a last minute trip to see family and were very pleased this unit was available. We brought groceries and were able to eat most meals in the room thanks to the cute little kitchen. Neat area to explore and ride bikes. Loved the pool and quick walk to the beach to play. Wonderful hosts who kept in contact to make sure things were smooth. The best part is the view from the balcony. We really enjoyed sitting out there and seeing the beach.

Mother's Day Weekend

Last minute trip to coast. What a great find. Perfect rental. Great communication. Clean facility. Wonderfully stocked. Communication with owner was superb. Great view. 4 year old twin girls need a close facility. If you have a small family then this is the perfect spot. Do not miss out. We will be back.

New Years at the Beach

We rented the Condo for the week after Christmas thru New Years, the 3rd. The Condo was small, but perfect for my wife and I and our 10 year old son. It was very quiet, with not a lot of people in the complex. The view was perfect of the ocean, remember it is not ocean front, but as close as it can be. The host was great and very accommodating... my recommendation is renting for a couple, or couple with small children.

Absolutely loved our stay! Cannot say enough positive things. The check-in process usually stresses me out, but the directions left by Erin were simply perfect. Communication throughout our stay was perfect. Condo was extremely clean, and it looked just like the pictures. Location was everything for our little family of 5. Right on the beach, easy walk, and so close to some great restaurants and shopping. Also enjoyed the beach chairs, toys for the kids, and my wife loved being able to go for a stroll on the bikes! Short drive to many other activities. Already looking at when we can go back! Thank you Nick and Erin for a fabulous family vacation!

Overall good stay. Condo is small, clean and comfortable. Good ocean view. You can prepare and eat meals in the kitchen has everything you need to do so. Great area for walking on shady paths or bike just across the street from Seaside Villas and the beach is beautiful for walking 2 minutes away. Our only complaint is the fridge was noisy cycled on and off too often. We had to put the TV volume up and down while the fridge cycled on and off. Other than that was a good two weeks.

Perfect!

We loved the property, it was perfect! The listing was exactly what was there, very clean, comfortable, quiet, safe and so close to the beach and access to Hilton Head Island! The bikes were a bonus and we had so much fun biking around town and cruising the beach! The furnishings were very nice and comfortable, the mattress was super comfy, and all linens were new and clean. All amenities advertised were there and easy to access. The host was exceptional, kind, helpful and accommodating. It was a great experience, and we were thrilled with our stay and the condo, the location could not have been better! We are so grateful, it fulfilled everything we wanted! We hope to go back next year! Enrights-Wisconsin

Fans of Seaside Villas

Our second stay at the Seaside Villas condo complex. (Different units.) Condos are compact but clean, well equipped and very well located. Check-in process is clunky, but hey! Owners were very responsive. Couldn’t have been better. There was an emergency water outage one day and a power outage one night and they kept us up to date on developments. Son and 2-year-old granddaughter joined us for the first three nights. We all managed quite well.

We are the Tallent's- Homeschooling, construction company owners, who were born and raised in Northwest Ohio, but call Tega Cay, South Carolina our home now since 2005. Nick loves to cook and Erin loves gardening. We both LOVE food! We also enjoy spending our free time outside with the family mostly on the water, but also camping and hiking. Boating, paddling, fishing, tubing ect. are some of our favorite water activities. You can most often find us hanging with our kids or around the table enjoying good food, games and friendships!

We fell in love with HHI and the slow pace of Island life the very first time we visited with our large family in 2005. We dreamed of the day when we would eventually have a place to call our own near the ocean! We love Sea Side Villas and the vast beach and activities that South Forest Beach has to offer. Biking, long walks on the beach, thrifting, grilling out, games, watching the sun rise and set, and night crabbing are our favorite things to do while staying at Island Thyme!
