An Oceanfront Complex - The Spa on Port Royal Sound - with all of the amenities. Two bedroom (one king, one queen), two bathrooms, 917 square feet, could sleep up to five. We are located in the middle of the complex, near the gated entrance. Two outdoor pools (open Apr - Nov for swimming)l newly renovated indoor pool and Jacuzzi; private beach. Workout room and sauna in the indoor pool area. There are three tennis courts, a basketball court and a playground area. The private beach which is about 750' from our unit. Complex has 24 hour security. This villa is a great place for families. The unit has private wifi. The unit includes washer and dryer, stove/oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster as well as kitchen items and bath items. Hilton Head Island is a premiere resort community. It has 12 miles of ocean beach, over 200 restaurants, golf, nature preserves, parks, shops, and bicycle trails. The island bike trail is right outside the complex.

Great Hilton Head property

Great property with nice amenities. Very short walk to the beach. Many things included to help enjoy your beach stay. Short drive to shopping and some great restaurants. Property owner was great and very responsive to messages.

Wonderful

Crystal was so welcoming and had everything we needed and more. Private beach area was nice and the crowd not terrible even on a holiday weekend. Great place to stay!

We enjoyed the short walk to the beach, which was across Port Royal Sound from Parris Island where I trained as a Marine (a long time ago!). We enjoyed that not many people were at the beach area and it never felt crowded.

Great stay!

My kids played tennis and basketball every day and had a great time body surfing at the beach. The pools were lovely as well. The home was very well decorated and a great size for the 4 of us. We had an awesome first visit to Hilton Head!

Great place!

My husband and I came to Hilton head on our honeymoon. Crystal made it super easy and she was helpful with everything we needed. We loved staying at her condo and would love to come back again one day.

Great Experience

Great place to rent. Owner was easy to deal with and very responsive to questions. Room was clean and everything worked properly. Very close to airport and beach.

Beautiful location! The living space was awesome! One of the best locations and condo units we have ever stayed before. It was clean, mattress was comfortable and all the tiny provisions were amazing. Thank you!

Great place

Place was great and very clean. Beds are comfortable and we had good night sleep. Description was very accurate. Crystal was communicating with me promptly and answered all my questions. We had everything we needed from kitchen stuff to stuff for the beach. Beach is natural and not crowded. We enjoyed high and low tides. Great stay and even better owner. Thank you

Perfect getaway

It was the perfect place for our short getaway. We had a few issues but they were taken care of very quickly. We loved being close to the pool and a short drive from the public beach. We rented bikes and enjoyed several bike rides in the area surrounding the condo. We love HHI and would stay here again.

I would highly recommend this condo! The amenities were great and so was the condo!

We had a great experience renting this condo! The access to the beach, pool, tennis courts and bike trails were very convenient. Crystal had a lot of great suggestions of things to do and places to eat in the welcome book. The condo itself was equally as nice and had all the equipment needed for the beach and other activities! We highly recommend for your stay at Hilton Head!
