Loved your coffee pods, spices and all the soap we needed Thanks , we enjoyed our stay. The host was quick to respond and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe

The house was clean, quiet, and very comfortable! Everything we needed was available; the water pressure and temperature in both showers was great. The only issue we had with the property was a sort of methane smell in the front yard on Thursday night and again on Saturday morning as we were leaving. I did not smell it inside the house, but my husband said he did on Thursday night for a brief while. As for the communication issue, things were mostly good, but there was some confusion when we were told we had to purchase a damage waiver from them in addition to the damage insurance we'd purchased through VRBO. There was an option to have a hold put on a credit card instead, but we're in the process of moving and could not have such a large hold on a card for possibly as long as 14 days, so we bought the policy.And as another individual mentioned, we did not receive the key code before we arrived. Luckily, someone was there who gave us a code. I missed the first part of the conversation, so I don't know if he was the host, a friend or family member, or a maintenance/cleaner person.

The property has an amazing amount of potential. The appliances were new and gas, which we loved cooking on. The kitchen has a huge island, and the beds are comfortable. The open concept in the kitchen/dining/living room enabled us to work at the house while doing other tasks like cooking. The major issue we had was the air was not on when we arrived, and the untit was 82 degrees. The "owner" did not message us the welcome informtaion or codes to the door. I had to reach out the help desk from the driveway to get the codes to the door, and again to get the wifi information. The were no paper towels or napkins in the kitchen. A dirty skillet and spatula were placed into the cabinet instead of being washed. When it was time to check out, again I had to contact the "owner" for what was expected. Overall, the rental was fine. We made due and once turned on the units kept the house cool. The "owner" was pretty quick to respond every time I reached out, and supplied the information needed.
