Really nice hosts, amazing views, spacious, and as described. This is a lovely home and it was such a bonus to be able to hike down to the beach. 10/10, highly recommend!

Wonderful stay and beautiful view!

Absolutely delightful host that was super accommodating (cannot emphasize this enough)! Listing is a bit further from Road Town than we thought it would be but the views more than make up for it!

Kirk and Heather were incredibly hospitable hosts—truly outstanding. They checked in early to make sure our stay got off to a great start and were always quick, helpful, and genuinely willing whenever we needed anything.Brewers Bay is absolutely spectacular—easily one of our favorite bays in all of the BVIs. The private beach is stunning, and the snorkeling is exceptional. We saw a turtle, a stingray, a cuttlefish, the largest puffer fish we’ve ever encountered, and an incredible variety of beautifully colored marine life. It was unforgettable.We especially loved our evenings on the porch—relaxing, having dinner, and playing games as a family. There’s also a short hike to a nearby bat cave that we really enjoyed, with a rewarding beautiful view at the end. The private beach is just down the hill, which we didn’t find difficult at all, but we also appreciated being able to drive two minutes to the beach on the other side of the bay for easy access and even more great snorkeling spots.I can’t say enough positive things about both the hosts and the accommodations. Everything exceeded expectations, and it was a fantastic experience all around. We would absolutely stay here again—highly recommend!

Beautiful stay at Sunset Villa!

Our family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Villa! We absolutely loved the jaw-dropping view from the huge outdoor patio balcony. We ate our meals and played games outside with the breathtaking view of Brewer’s Bay in the background. Our host, Heather, was very helpful and responsive to any needs we had and gave us excellent names for taxi drivers to bring us to and from the villa. The private path to the beach is a semi-difficult (but not long) hike , but so worth it! Our littlest needed help going down, but our bigger kids enjoyed the adventure of it! Would recommend purchasing/bringing groceries and preparing your food at the villa as there is little nearby in terms of commerce. For us, this was a huge plus as our stay was extremely private & peaceful. Heather has equipped the kitchen well and we had everything we needed to make delicious meals in the villa.
