Family Friendly home away from home! Only a 5 minute drive to Uptown Charlotte!

This charming 5 bedroom, 3 bath house is centrally located in historic Plaza Midwood. We are only minutes away from Uptown Charlotte, South End, the art's district (NODA) and Optimist Hall. You won't find a location with better proximity to all the great things Charlotte has to offer! This home can comfortably sleep 12, has multiple sitting and dining areas, a fenced in back yard and a great deck for outdoor eating and a Tesla charger. We also love dogs and hope your fur baby (dogs only) gets to travel with you!

The House
You have 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bedrooms and baths are set up to easily allow for 2-3 families to have their own sections of the house.

The main floor has 2 bedrooms (one has 2 twin beds and the other 1 queen bed) with plenty of closet space and one full bathroom with a tub/shower. You will also find the sitting room, dining room, eat in kitchen (fully stocked with all your cooking needs), large pantry, laundry room with washer and dryer, family room and deck/backyard access.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and 6 beds. There is a bunk room with a bunk bed (1 twin on top and 1 full on the bottom and a twin trundle bed with 2 twin mattresses), a full bathroom with a shower and the upstairs guest room with 1 queen bed. The master is also upstairs and has a king size bed, full bathroom with shower and ample space for a pack-n-play (there is one located in the very large master closet).

Kitchen
Love to cook a good meal? You'll find the kitchen fully stocked with everything you need and a gas stove to cook it on. A coffee bar with Nespresso Pods, espresso and a regular coffee maker are awaiting your first morning! We've also left some dishwasher pods, scrub sponge and extra trash bags to make clean up a breeze.

Bathrooms
All three bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, blow dryers and a few toiletry items for your convenience. We ask that you make use of the black wash cloths for your makeup removal to help keep our white ones bright and stain free.

Pets
We do allow well-behaved and house trained dogs. However, they do require pre-approval as well as a non-refundable $150/pet fee. In hopes of keeping the front yard free from dead grass, we ask that you only allow them to use the bathroom in the fenced in back yard and please bag and dispose of all poop in the outside garbage can. There will be an addition fee if dog poop is found by the landscapers.

Parking
We have a Tesla charger in the driveway! Also, if the back yard gate is open, there is ample space for multiple cars in the driveway. There is also plenty of street parking but please don't block driveways.

Neighborhood
This home is on a beautiful residential street with neighbors that we want to respect. Because of this, NO PARTIES or additional guests above the 12 allowed will be tolerated. We ask that you adhere to the quiet hours of 9pm-8am.

Access
There is a keyless entry and your individual access code will be sent to you a couple of hours before your arrival.
